A memorandum between the United States and Iran to halt the war in the Gulf could be signed as soon as June 14, a Western source told Reuters, with Geneva emerging as the likeliest venue, as the US White House said they had called off additional strikes on Iranian targets because the deal was now ready.

Iran's Foreign Ministry said Tehran had not yet made a final decision on the agreement.
