00:38Their presence is a clear violation of China's commitments under the 2002 Declaration of Contract of Parties
00:46in the South China Sea.
00:48We therefore urge China to withdraw and remove the platform structures from Bajo de Pasigno.
00:55Sees similar actions that violate Philippine sovereignty and sovereign rights
01:01in and within the vicinity of Bajo de Pasigno
01:04and complies with its obligations under international law,
01:09particularly UNCLOS and the 2016 award in the South China Sea arbitration.
01:38We therefore want to read our system together by their Father in the South China Sea
