00:31The AGC reviewed the investigation paper submitted by police and found that the elements of criminal intimidation under Section 506
00:39of the Penal Code could not be proven, leading to the NFA classification.
00:44Police had previously recorded statements from both Tay and the lawyer who allegedly conveyed the threats.
00:50Azam, for his part, denied all allegations and had urged investigators to expedite the probe.
