01:43Do not fret when wicked men seem to succeed do not envy evildoers for they will quickly dry up like
01:51grass and
01:52wither away like plants trust in the Lord and do what is right settle in the land and maintain your

02:02you will take delight in the Lord and he will answer your prayers
02:07commit your future to the Lord trust in him and he will act on your behalf
02:14he will vindicate you in broad daylight and publicly defend your just cause
02:20wait patiently for the Lord wait confidently for him do not fret of the apparent success of a sinner a
02:28man who carries out wicked schemes
02:31do not be angry and frustrated do not fret does only leads to trouble
02:38wicked men will be wiped out but those who rely on the Lord are the ones who will possess the
02:44land
02:46evil men will soon disappear he will stare at the spots where they once were but they will be gone
02:53but the oppressed will possess the land and enjoy great prosperity
03:01evil men plot against the godly and viciously attack them
03:06the Lord laughs in disgust at them for he knows that their day is coming
03:13evil men draw their swords and prepare their bows to bring down the oppressed and needy and to slaughter those
03:20who are godly
03:23their swords will pierce their own hearts and their bows will be broken
03:29the little bit that the godly man owns is better than the wealth of many evil men
03:35for evil men will lose their power but the Lord sustains the godly
03:41the Lord watches over the innocent day by day and they possess a permanent inheritance
03:49they will not be ashamed when hard times come when famine comes they will have enough to eat
03:56but evil men will die the Lord's enemies will be incinerated they will go up in smoke
04:05evil men borrow but they do not repay their debt but the godly show compassion and are generous
04:14surely those favored by the Lord will possess the land but those rejected by him will be wiped out
04:22the Lord grants success to the one whose behavior he finds commendable
04:29even if he trips he will not fall headlong for the Lord holds his hand
04:36I was once young now I am old I have never seen a godly man abandoned or his children forced
04:44to search for food
04:46all day long he shows compassion and lends to others and his children are blessed
04:55turn away from evil do what is right then you will enjoy lasting security
05:02for the Lord permits justice and never abandons his faithful followers
05:09they are permanently secure but the children of evil men are wiped out
05:18the godly will possess the land and will dwell in it permanently
05:23the godly speak wise words and prove much justice
05:27the law of their god controls their thinking and their feet do not slip
05:34evil men set an ambush for the godly and try to kill them
05:38but the Lord does not surrender the godly nor allow them to be condemned
05:43in a court of law rely on the Lord obey his commands
05:50then he will permit you to possess the land and you will see the demise of evil people
05:57I have seen ruthless evil men growing in influence like a green tree grows in its native soil
06:05but then one passes by and suddenly they have disappeared
06:10I looked for them but they could not be fair
06:14take note of the one who has integrity
06:16observe the upright for the one who promotes peace has a future
06:23sinful rebels are totally destroyed
06:26evil men have no future
06:28but the Lord delivers the godly
06:31he protects them in times of trouble
06:34the Lord helps them and rescues them
06:37he rescues them from evil men and delivers them
06:41for they seek his protection
06:45glory be to the father and to the son and to the holy spirit
