00:00I think it's not a hidden truth that women are one of the most people who are affected by this
00:05memorandum.
00:05We have read and shared a lot of testimonies about what they have done specifically to women,
00:09but it's really hard to summarize it in a very little because the effect is huge,
00:15but it's putting women into places of very lack of freedom of movement
00:22and being held into detention centers in very inhuman conditions,
00:27opposed to very much violence, sexual and physical violence, and many, many others,
00:32lack of freedom in strategies of food and help from humanitarian aid,
00:37and above all, women being treated very awfully and unhumane.
00:42Every day we receive messages, hundreds of messages, unfortunately, about women and mothers on the move between countries
00:49and mostly stuck in Libya and don't have the choice or the ability to move or save themselves eventually
00:55because of this memorandum they're being stuck and pushed back.
00:59The easiest, more, the most logical and human thing, which is, I don't know why the politicians don't see it,
01:04but stop the memorandum. Stop it. Stop killing people. Stop murdering people.
01:08Stop using borders as an excuse for crime. Stop the memorandum.
