00:12makeup routine first up i'm going to wipe off all of the excess oil with a neutrogena makeup wipe
00:19these are my absolute go-tos they are amazing so it's always very important to wipe off all
00:27of your makeup your oil your dirt from the previous day your makeup sticks to your face perfectly after
00:32that i think that's it not too bad next up we are going to hydrate with my ponds cream my
00:45go-to for
00:46years it's amazing if you know you know add this to your routine you will not regret it
00:56it is absolutely on its last leg this is something that i absolutely swear by
01:09i usually i act like my neck is part of my face because it is essentially typically i also bring
01:15in a facial sun cream as well i usually do that more during the summertime but maybe i need to
01:21start incorporating that into my routine even in the winter as well because we all know we need
01:25sunscreen at all times do you hear that glass skin exactly okay guys so these are my eye patches i
01:33typically do this step after i wash and cleanse i guess i was just so excited to talk to you
01:38guys i
01:39forgot this step but i always do this i kind of stole this stuff from my makeup artists i love

01:44stalking them when i do my makeup so this is what they do and it seems cool so i do

01:48i always moisturize my lips with either like a lip mask or aquaphor i try to moisturize my lips as
01:54i'm
01:54doing my makeup routine this is my holy grail this is all you need
02:07all righty got my little plumpers all juiced up now it's time to roll these are my clips whenever i

02:15long hair well my hair is long this is my hair by the way don't ask any questions
02:24so you take one side and you just slowly clip it back like that you do the exact same thing

02:36perfect oh my hair is just so luscious and long i can't deal with it so much sometimes if you

02:42that you're in trouble next up i'm going to start prepping my face with some danessa myricks products
02:48i love her if you know me you know i swear about every product she has first up is the
02:53barrier boost
02:54i always see my makeup artists use this and honestly my makeup lasts forever and ever after that and then
03:00i also use the water powder serum as well and this helps mattify the parts of your face that actually
03:07become sweaty don't put this under your eyes put this on your nose area your upper lip area the areas
03:13that tends to get the most oily
03:14so i always do a few stripes on my cheek area show the full hair and some love because why
03:21not
03:22and a little chin
03:26prepping your face is the most important it's just as important as your makeup looking good you have to make
03:31sure you have a solidified base especially if you want your makeup to last
03:36when doing my own makeup for an event or anything like that a good playlist is always very vital i
03:42always have to have a good playlist
03:44i love vibing out while i'm painting my face it's so fun i have been listening to like the old
03:49like hip-hop jams like the early 2000s the 90s i don't know it's just so nostalgic
03:55put this on the areas that tend to get oily
04:01i got the serum on my hands it shouldn't take much so i always apply it where i get the
04:06most oily
04:07my nose area for sure and my upper lip
04:09a lot of my sweat beads be in this area
04:14alrighty let's get into the fun stuff

04:20okay funny story
04:22my entire routine has changed since i've been known to you guys my makeup artist actually took it upon herself
04:29to go makeup shopping for me so i'm excited to share with you guys
04:33this is one of the products that my makeup artist did introduce to me and since i came back with
04:38such a luscious tan i have to mix two foundations to achieve my skin color
04:44first up i have my darker shade
04:52i have the lighter shade to kinda counteract with the darker shade
04:59we're gonna give them both a little mix mixy mixy mix with this amazing foundation brush
05:10reminds me of arts and crafts when i was younger
05:12now that we have this perfect shade on our brush we're now going to apply to the glass skin that
05:18we have
05:24looks good doesn't it i know
05:29look at that blend it's almost perfect right my routine has changed so much since the show
05:37obviously like working with different like glam artists i'm learning new things i'm learning what i like on my face
05:43and what i don't like on my face
05:45obviously when you're working with professionals they use more elevated makeup
05:50and with me at first i was using more things i was like i guess since i was such a
05:55beginner at that time i would use things as more cost efficient
05:58and now i'm starting to elevate in like the products that i'm using so i'm loving the turnouts with those
06:03so that is exactly why my makeup artist went shopping for me to help me expand my makeup palette
06:10okay next we're going to blend our foundation with this amazing beauty blender a little secret of mine i always
06:17use setting spray as i'm doing my makeup
06:20so either i will damp this with water or i will spray my setting spray on it
06:26this is my go to spray because it doesn't like mattify me too soon too much it actually hydrates me
06:33look at that beautiful spray i love it
06:36okay now we're going to spray the beauty blender
06:40now that she's damp she's ready to go
06:46do you hear that glass skin
06:48i love looking like a glazed donut
06:51looking like a snack
06:53exactly
06:54it was so hard to keep your makeup in check while in the villa because obviously you're outside all day
07:00you're in like some muggy heat
07:02if you've ever been to fiji that heat is ridiculous during the daytime
07:06i found myself not really using liquid foundation
07:10i would just use the powdered foundation which i would literally show you in just a second
07:15i stopped using liquid because when i would sweat it would be disgusting
07:18i would only use concealer powder blush powder foundation
07:23and like literally that's it
07:24and like obviously like setting powder but i literally cut my makeup routine in half
07:28because i could not stand being outside in that heat sweating like that with all that makeup on my face
07:34with my sports illustrated spread it was actually the opposite it was so cold in florida that day
07:40the weather app literally said it felt like 11 degrees outside
07:44could you imagine being in a bikini trying to look sexy in 11 degrees
07:49when everyone around you has on scarves jackets gloves and all the things
07:55and you're butt naked not butt naked but basically naked in the sand trying to look sexy
08:01and i got in the water like i was risking my health for that shot and it was worth it
08:06let me tell you
08:07shout out to me because that was insane
08:09i also jumped in the water i didn't even tell anybody that i couldn't swim
08:12they were floored after i said it after the fact if i would have told them before they wouldn't have
08:17let me get that shot
08:18you haven't liked the ig post i like it because i risked everything for that shot thank you
08:22i think we are blended
08:26now we're gonna move to the concealer
08:30i know this concealer routine of mine has been so controversial for a lot of you
08:36in the villa i used to use like lighter concealer and i still do
08:41but i got an amazing tan so a lot of my shades looked a little off on camera
08:47and you know i got you know a little bullied for it but i don't know i think it was
08:50kind of iconic
08:51could you imagine an amazing dance all your your products look a little crazy but you still look beautiful at
08:57the same time
08:58love that for me
09:00but yeah i love a good under eye
09:02shout out to the uk girlies i love a bright under eye and a bright blush moment
09:06concealer time
09:10i actually like to use two different shades
09:14you have one that's darker and you have another one that's slightly lighter
09:19so i go in with the dark concealer first
09:22this one
09:23so i start in the inner corner it's going down by my nose and i kind of drag it out
09:28under my eye
09:30like that right
09:32i'm gonna do the exact same thing on the opposite side
09:36honestly let's fill these triangles in
09:38because why not that's our business
09:40now i'm going to blend out my concealer with this burner buff
09:45so that i can make sure
09:48that i have a flawless blend
09:55and i'm trying my best to just keep the concealer right under my eye
09:59i don't want to drag it out too much today
10:03so once i feel like i am at a good stopping point
10:06which i think i am
10:08i'm gonna go in
10:09with the lighter concealer
10:15and place it right on top of the one that we just blended
10:20same placement
10:23no need to drag it down
10:25to your nose
10:26i mean if you want to you can
10:27so i know
10:28when i was on your screens
10:30i came off as like a serious individual
10:32with no personality
10:34we know that's not true
10:35i'm an extremely goofy individual
10:38i'm always joking around
10:39always laughing
10:40i'm not serious all the time
10:42it's a time and place to be serious
10:44i think that's just a good note to have
10:46we can't be silly and goofy everywhere we go
10:49you have to be a chameleon
10:50if it's a space that you can be your true authentic self and be silly and goofy
10:55do that
10:55but if it's a more serious environment
10:57i advise you to not do that
11:00and just be a chameleon
11:02just be professional right
11:03i think i have mastered the art of being a chameleon

11:29and i also have like this reddish orangeish tone
11:32i like to mix them both
11:34that's why it's just pretty that way
11:36typically i start with golden hour
11:39that's the name of this one
11:40and i always like to place my blush on the high points of my cheekbones
11:45my cheekbones is one of my favorite features on my face
11:49i don't know if this is a blush brush but it is today
11:51look at that pigment

11:53i got the golden hour color right on this brush
11:57i'm gonna start blushing at the highest points of where my cheekbones are
12:03this also helps you give you a facial lift right

12:48i think the last thing on my mind was

12:56everyday felt so repetitive
12:58so when i got my phone back
13:00it was quite the surprise
13:01to see that so many people took to me and supported me like the way that they did
13:05and it felt good
13:06prior to me actually flying out to fiji
13:09i actually had my general manager save my position at my job
13:12because i was totally okay with going back to work
13:15i you know i was very good at what i did
13:18and it was like a guaranteed check
13:19and i was very good at it
13:21so i was like that's guaranteed money for me
13:22i have a solidified job
13:24my work can't caution down
13:25i never imagined me being in this position
13:28i kind of went in with very low expectations
13:31and i feel like that's why every moment now is such a pinch me
13:33because it was totally unexpected
13:35but i'm so grateful to be here
13:37i'm gonna do a little bit more concealer
13:39because i see a lot of my blushes bleeding into my concealer line
13:42so let me just add a little bit more here to blend it out a little more
13:46so it can look a little cohesive
13:49setting powder number one
13:52it's more like a translucent powder
13:53but i still use it
13:55it's so good
13:55every time that i get any excess powder
13:58i tap it on my hands
13:59i don't know the professionals do it
14:00so i do too
14:02so you're gonna set this right under your eye
14:10i always try to keep it under my actual eye
14:14sometimes i drag it all the way out
14:15but then i find it hard to like blend it all out from there
14:18so i'm trying my best to just stay in this area here
14:22translucent powder you did what you have to do
14:25this was amazing
14:28my makeup artist taught me the importance of moisturizing and setting my face prior to putting on makeup
14:33i really felt like that's the stuff that i didn't really take serious
14:36until i got into the industry and i'm at events for hours and hours at a time
14:41and my makeup is not moving
14:42versus when i did my makeup
14:44i didn't really take like the moisturizing setting process that serious
14:48and my makeup used to transfer often
14:50so now i learned to listen
14:53so that was an amazing tip that she told me
14:59now this powder has a lot more pigment
15:02so it's very easy for my under eye to look a little yellow
15:05but the other powder is like a purplish powder
15:08it actually offsets the color and like neutralizes everything
15:11so it's perfect
15:14i might look a little scary right now
15:16but it's okay i'm gonna fix it
15:20this purply powder kinda cancels out this yellowy tone
15:25so it's kinda like a color corrector in a way
15:27so it's like very purply purpley pink
15:30i know i know i know it looks scary
15:32but give me a second let me cook let me cook
15:35so this is the part where i start going in with my sprays
15:40to come and start setting things in
15:42and like pushing them into my face
15:44so here goes nothing
15:48then i get my fan to dry my face
15:54fancy i know
15:59such a good fan
16:07alrighty this
16:08i swear by this stuff
16:10l'oreal you did your big one
16:11this is my holy girl
16:13if you have a problem with flashback
16:15if you're taking pictures in like a dark area
16:18and you have like flash on
16:19this will save you
16:20trust me

16:24and it's very cost efficient

16:29because one step that i always skip is contouring
16:32i don't care for it

16:34i don't know maybe it's because
16:36my cheekbones are already like very sharp

17:51to try to like make everything blend correctly
17:54everything that i've done up to this point
17:56has been so surreal
17:57as i could say
17:58it was so unexpected
17:59because i was okay with going back into the workforce
18:01and going back to my old job
18:03and just crushing my steel clothes
18:05as i always do
18:06and that's why every moment
18:07i am very grateful for it
18:09i am very grateful for any and everybody
18:11that's always supported me
18:12or even just recently starting to support me
18:14it means the world to me
18:16for me i've just recently became a homeowner
18:18i never thought i would be able to do it this soon
18:20but i'm so grateful that i was able to get that done for my birthday
18:23because that's the goal that i set for myself
18:24and that's the time frame that i set for myself
18:27so the months prior i've been working my entire butt off
18:30to be able to pull it off
18:31and i did
18:32sports illustrated
18:33rookie um spread
18:34was an amazing journey on top
18:37i don't know
18:37every moment has been so surreal
18:40but i try not to ever take these moments for granted
18:42and learn to just live in the moment
18:44and just be blessed
18:45and in the same sense
18:46so
18:47very grateful to be here
18:48and hopefully
18:49my journey
18:50pushes people
18:51to go after their dreams
18:52to never give up themselves

18:54your dreams are never too big
18:55go after any and everything that you want

19:42and i'm not able to like
19:44take advantage of everything
19:45in such a crazy way

19:46be grateful
19:47and be smart
19:48not only financially
19:49but just in in every sense
19:51to be able to grow as a person
19:53so i feel like i purposely
19:55went through that season
19:56to be able to navigate this one
19:58in the right way

20:05just know something bigger
