00:09a weather nerd growing up in school and the whole thing and just loved it.
00:13And he invoked your name as his name.
00:16Glenn Hurricane Schwartz was kind of his idol, so to speak.
00:22Yeah, there were a few others that I've met over the years.
00:26And if you know the new guy at Channel 10, Robert Johnson, I met him at the age of 11.
00:32And he decided he wanted to be a meteorologist, and I've been mentoring him forever,
00:37some other folks around the country, because I was inspired as a kid by the TV weather guy.
00:45It was Wally Kinan, the weatherman, on Channel 3 in Philadelphia.
00:50And there was just something about him.
00:53I learned a little bit about it in school.
00:56And so in the fifth grade, I decided I wanted to be a meteorologist.
01:00Never wanted to be anything else, except maybe center fielder for the Phillies.
