00:35De La Rosa is now considered a suspect for a crimes against humanity case after the International Criminal Court issued

00:43He is yet to be arrested.
00:44This is the latest legal action against Padilla and Aplasca in relation to De La Rosa's escape.
00:49Padilla is already facing the same complaint before the Department of Justice.
00:53Meantime, Aplasca is also under Ombudsman investigation due to the shooting.
