00:39both involving an unusual scent or odor coming from the ladies' restroom near the senator's extension offices.
00:45No individual was named in the July case.
00:48The incident comes as reports suggest Padilla is being considered to lead the Senate Committee on Ethics and Privileges, which is still vacant.
