00:00I think Karl-Anthony Towns is the most important player in this series, and here's why.
00:06I think that Katz, the offense going through him and becoming that point center,
00:13starting with Game 4 in the Atlanta series, that's when everything took off.
00:18This is why the New York Knicks have won 11 straight games going into these NBA Finals.
00:25And we've said it out loud before in terms of the point-per-game differential,
00:29being the best in the history of the NBA playoffs, going into the NBA Finals,
00:33ahead of the 2017 Golden State Warriors, ahead of the 2001 Lakers.
00:39And it all starts here with Karl-Anthony Towns.
00:43And I firmly believe that Katz is the most important player in these Finals,
00:49for so many different reasons.
00:51Number one, offense goes through him.
00:53Number two, if Katz hits from the outside and draws Wemby out from down low on defense
01:00and gets him away from the rim where he's not blocking shots and altering shots,
01:06that's everything.
01:07Because then that'll create more space for O.J. Ananobi and Mikkel Bridges
01:12and most especially Jalen Brunson to do their thing.
