00:02Don't worry, you're okay.
00:05I'm sorry.
00:09I need a price to buy the price,
00:10I'm not gonna buy something,
00:10but I'm good.
00:12I'm not.
00:18But I'm not too happy...
00:22...I'm not too happy.
00:26Let's go.
01:02I got Jonathan there on the face of it.
01:06Oh, how did I get out of it?
01:07How did I get out of it?
01:25Oh, how did I get out of it?
01:33Oh, how did I get out of it?
01:40Oh, how did I get out of it?
02:07A massive cruise missile tears through the hole of a giant cargo ship in the Persian Gulf
02:13and water starts rushing in.
02:16Iran's IRGC Navy is claiming responsibility.
02:19The U.S. is calling it an act of retaliation.
02:22And right now, nobody is sure if this is the start of something much, much bigger.
02:28Here's what we know.
02:29On June 1, a Panama-flagged container ship, the MSC Sariska V, was transiting Iraqi territorial waters in the Gulf
02:38when it was struck.
02:40Video footage shows a gaping hole torn above the waterline.
02:44Emergency crews scrambled aboard as fire broke out on the 36-year-old vessel operated by Switzerland's Mediterranean Shipping Company.
02:53Within hours, Iran's IRGC Navy stepped forward and said, we did this.
02:59But why?
03:01To understand that, you have to rewind just a few days.
03:05Since mid-April 2026, the United States has maintained a naval blockade of Iranian ports, one of the most aggressive
03:14maritime operations in years.
03:16CENTCOM has already redirected over 121 commercial ships and disabled at least five others that tried to push through.
03:25One of those was the Leon Star.
03:27When that vessel ignored more than 20 warnings and tried to breach the blockade in the Sea of Oman, U
03:34.S. forces fired a Hellfire missile directly into its engine room, disabling it cold.
03:41Iran called that an act of war.
03:43The MSC Sariska V strike?
03:46Tehran is saying that's payback.
03:48And here's where it gets complicated.
03:50The ship wasn't American-owned.
03:53It was Swiss-operated, carrying mostly empty containers between Gulf ports, essentially a commercial vessel caught in the crossfire of
04:02a geopolitical standoff.
04:04Iraqi investigators, meanwhile, aren't so sure it was even a cruise missile.
04:09Early probes point to a possible mechanical failure or a drone impact.
04:13UK MTO and regional maritime authorities have issued alerts, but a confirmed IRGC cruise missile strike hasn't been independently verified
04:23yet.
04:24No casualties have been reported, but the hole in that hole is very, very real.
04:30What makes this moment genuinely alarming is the timing.
04:33Just as this explosion rocked the Gulf, Iran announced it was terminating peace talks with the United States until Israeli
04:42forces withdraw from Lebanon.
04:44Diplomacy is off the table, and kinetic warfare in one of the world's most critical shipping lanes may be back
04:51on.
04:52Shipping routes across the Gulf are now on high alert.
04:55Every vessel transiting these waters is watching its back.
04:59Iran, a cruise missile, a massive cargo ship, and a U.S. blockade that just got a whole lot more
05:07dangerous.
05:29And as rundowns, they say wholesaler.
05:29It also does need some relief.
05:29It is already on the market.
