00:00If you didn't know, you wouldn't know.
00:01Easy, donor-style chicken gyros.
00:04That one is good.
00:06Start with your ground chicken, cumin, paprika,
00:08oregano, coriander, salt, and a good bit of pepper.
00:11For moisture and flavor,
00:12I'm adding in some grated onion, garlic,
00:14and then a little bit of Greek yogurt, and then we mix.
00:17Also needs a little oil in here.
00:18That's as hard as it's gonna get.
00:20You're gonna spread it super thin all over the parchment.
00:22Then you're just going to fold this over
00:24into like one to one and a half inch folds.
00:28Throw it on a baking sheet,
00:29and then into the oven, 400 degrees,
00:31for just about 20 to 25 minutes.
00:33Some juices might accumulate in the pan,
00:35and you don't want it to steam too much.
00:37You want it to get a little bit brown or crispy around that.
00:39Just so you might have to drain off
00:41some of that juice halfway through.
00:42Here's what you do.
00:43You just unravel it, and you've got thin strips of euro meat,
00:47and then you just tear it into pieces.
00:49No one would ever know the way that ground chicken
00:51can press together like this.
00:53That's a good bite right there.
00:57That was good.
00:58You could fool anybody with this,
01:00making them think you really went the extra mile.
