00:23concerns around privacy, of course, and security of that data. We need to make sure that's all right.
00:28And the difference of people who will potentially have access to these contracts. So all that needs to be overseen
00:34properly. But I'm pretty sceptical that government can deliver this kind of project in the timescale it's talking about.
