00:07It is hard to believe what has happened here in the last few hours
00:11and to put into words the shock, anger and hurt that we feel today.

00:21that those responsible chose to terrorise and kill.
00:25This was an evil act.
00:29Our first thoughts are with the families of those killed and injured
00:32and we will do whatever we can to support them.
00:36We are grieving today, but we are strong.
