00:11I know that during the last administration, there were some Presidential Medals of Freedom that were handed out to, let's
00:16say, some questionable recipients.
00:18But what I think is truly questionable is why the Presidential Medal of Freedom has never been awarded to Thomas
00:24Sowell.
00:25I think Thomas Sowell is an incredible economist.
00:29He's a very gifted writer and speaker.
00:31I know he's been incredibly influential on my thinking, and hopefully that helps his case instead of tanks it.
00:38But be that as it may, I once again humbly request, as does everybody who will no doubt like and
00:43share this, that Thomas Sowell be awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
