00:26before stopping his car in front of the victim's vehicle. He then reportedly got out of his car
00:33carrying an object believed to be a metal rod and swung it towards the victim's vehicle. Police said
00:39preliminary urine screening found that the suspect tested positive for methamphetamine and has
00:46previous records related to drug and criminal offences. The man has been remanded for three
00:51days until May 31 to assist investigations under Section 506 of the Penal Code for Criminal
00:58Intimidation.
