00:00We're seeing a war of words now emerging from both sides, trying to untangle exactly what
00:07happened. It's very clear that this is probably one of the thousands of drones that Russia is
00:13using every day, deliberately crossing the NATO lines to test NATO's response, to see
00:20how it would respond. And my concern is, is that NATO hasn't on a wider scale
00:28moved into the 21st century, if you like, into the how the character of conflict is changing
00:33with the use of drones. We've heard condemnation by Mark Rutter, head of NATO. We've seen F-16s,
00:41aircraft scramble from across Europe to go and support Romania. But that isn't, as we learn in
00:47Ukraine and see in Iran as well, isn't the way that you respond to a drone strike. So this is
00:54actually
00:54showing a sense of inability of NATO to respond. And I think that's exactly what Putin is trying
01:02to ascertain here. How does NATO respond to events such as this? And when you place it into context
01:11with all the other attacks, similar incursions that are taking place, not just in that neck of the woods,
01:19but even here in the UK, the English Channel, in the skies as well, where we're seeing near misses,
01:25we're seeing intrusions into airspace. It's part of a wider pattern of activity that we're seeing from Moscow.
