05:41look at the injury list and you're like okay well 40 of your rotation is going to consist currently of
05:48noah cameron and somebody vindo or avila it's not going to be bailey falter anymore but that's a part
05:55of the problem too is okay like if everybody starts playing a little better they still have a ton of
06:01injuries that they're gonna have a hard time you know getting through anyway that's to me that's the
06:06hopeless feeling like you envision like okay what kind of stretch of baseball would it take
06:12they'd have to go you know they'd have to make up 20 games before the end of the season they

06:17get on a stretch where they win you know 12 out of 14 whatever and you're like okay yeah i

06:23maybe see that but then you think about it and you're like oh but wait they got to do that

06:28with two guys in the rotation every turn that you're just like i don't know if that and and a

06:33that's banged up and not been consistent that's i think the hopeless feeling because even if you
06:38could get things on track with the injuries are they even talented enough missing the guys that
06:45they're missing right now yeah i think that even with the injuries you can you can lean on that but
06:53everybody has injuries right every team has significant injuries they're missing guys and whatnot and you can
06:59say oh you're five and a half games back in the wild card but how many teams do you have
07:04to climb over
07:05just to get to that point where you're even in the discussion and i know the the purists out there
07:13the optimists out there and i'm a big optimist in my personal life oh he's got 100 games left you

07:20still turn around me too that is true that is true but in your heart of hearts if you sit

07:28and you just when you're and when there's nothing around you and you're thinking about it clear mind
07:34full hearts can't lose right this rose team just not that this year it's just not that and i think
07:41people have to come around to that fact that this team they didn't really improve this offseason
07:47they ran it back with the same people and those same people aren't playing up to their capability

09:46revamp this offense because if pitching and defense is your calling card then if you take a hit in that
09:53area because it's the strength of yours to fix this offense that hasn't been fixed the last year and a
09:58half i would do that because you cannot waste bobby witt jr's time with the organization because
10:062031 is ticking and he's gonna be like yeah i gotta opt out i don't want to he's opting out

12:14levels of the miles minors uh they they drafted sean gamble first round uh last year so they're
12:20coming there's some international guys that they they've drafted that are starting to seek their way
12:25through uh carson rockeforth in double a and crushing the ball 12 home runs great defense probably
12:32will be the center field replacement for kyle isbell in the upcoming years right so
12:37there's talent it's just it's not at the highest levels of the majors or the triple a right now and
12:44you need that you need that talent but it's not here it's on the way so i think you have
