00:00A lot of times you get up and you think you're going to have a great day and you check
00:03and you
00:04had a terrible sleep score. And it's obviously psychosymptomatic. How big of a problem is that?
00:12What is your recommendation to customers? Here's how I think about it. Well, the thing is, of course,
00:17like the body doesn't lie. Okay. I mean, the physiology is telling you something and we call
00:22it giving your body a voice. And you know what? It's your choice whether or not you want to hear
00:26it or listen to it or act on it. And maybe knowledge is power and it's better to know
00:30than it is to not know. Now, at the same time, it actually cuts both ways. And I'll give you
00:34an example. There was a NBA basketball player, a guy named Chris Paul. Okay. And he's been
00:40in the NBA for a long time. So I think early 2000s, he once got a readiness score and it
00:45said, bring it on. That was the message. And it was like high nineties. And you know what
00:49that day was? That day was like game seven of the Western Conference finals. And you
00:53know what he did in that game? He scored 42 points. And for those of you who don't know
00:57anything about basketball, scoring 42 points in a basketball game is epic. That is an amazing
01:03performance.
