00:08What are a few Ariana must-haves you pack in your suitcase?
00:11I pack a lot of workout stuff.
00:14I've started bringing some of my own workout equipment,
00:18sort of, like resistance bands, things like that.
00:21And I definitely bring some bathing suits
00:22and stuff like that.
00:23I bring a lot of clothes that I can wear to set.
00:26So when I'm in glam, I can be comfortable
00:29and then I have something comfy to put on afterwards.
00:32I bring a ton of different sheet masks.
00:37They're easy to pack, they don't weigh a lot,
00:39and then that way I feel nice and luxurious.
00:44Behind the scenes, do you practice keeping a straight face
00:46when people make bad decisions?
00:49I try to keep a straight face,
00:51but as our showrunner, Ben Thursby Palmer will tell you,
00:55I'm not very good at keeping a poker face sometimes.
00:58And he said that's, it's a good part of me as a host.
01:03So I think maybe sometimes they just,
01:05they won't use that shot.
01:07A little made me emotional.
01:09If you had to cast a celeb villa with anyone from Bravo,
01:12who would it be?
01:13I would do the one gal on Rhode Island.
01:17She's like in a relationship, but she's like,
01:19he wants to be non-monogamous.
01:21Yeah, get her in the villa and get her a new man.
01:23How? How?
01:24I would love to have Paige DeSorbo in the villa.
01:28I know she just wouldn't take any nonsense from anyone.
01:31I know it's your first day here, but let me tell you,
01:34I haven't done a dish since 08.
01:36The guys, I feel like, I don't know.

01:42Sierra is set to co-host Love Island's After Sun on Peacock.
01:46What are your best hosting tips for Sierra ahead of her new gig?
01:49I would just say, don't be afraid to bring yourself to everything.
01:53And don't be afraid to really make it your own.
01:57I think that that is exactly why people are going to love watching.
02:03Speaking of Sierra and the summer house of it all,
02:06do you think time actually heals all wounds?
02:09Hmm, depends.
02:12I don't think it needs to.
02:13Then don't be a f***ing coward.
02:15Do you think the reality show format activates a person's bad behavior,
02:19or does it simply shed light on it?
02:21I think it depends on the person.
02:24I think some people are able to be exactly who they are,
02:27no matter what setting you put them in.
02:29And I think some people in different settings maybe struggle,
02:34depending on what that setting is.
02:36I personally have struggled to even show who I really am
02:41or show parts of myself until so way late in the seasons
02:46that by the time I was not on Banner Pump anymore,
02:49I felt like if you only watched that show,
02:51you don't even know me like at all.
02:53And I don't think that the viewer's fault,
02:55and I don't even think that's really production's fault.
02:58I think it's just me having a hard time in that setting,
03:04being able to kind of just fully like let go.
03:08And so I think depending on the person,
03:11certain people thrive in different atmospheres.
03:14And so it may or may not be exactly what they would be
03:17in the outside world regardless, or maybe it is.
03:21I think it really depends.
03:22He's a battered wife. Look at him.
