00:00I think the United States is locked and loaded. We're prepared for what is necessary. Of course, Secretary Rubio, being
00:06our Secretary of State, is going to try and work the diplomatic channel and press the administration as much as
00:12possible to do that.
00:13But you have to remember, it's not just a two-way street between the U.S. and Iran. We also
00:19have to make sure that all the countries throughout the Middle East, they're the ones that this conflict has occurred
00:25in their backyard. They will need to live with the consequences and ramifications of whatever agreement is worked out between
00:33the United States, Iran, Israel, and those countries.
00:37So, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, UAE, Oman, they are all going to have a bit of a say and an
00:46influence on this entire process.
00:48I think Secretary Rubio has been in discussions with those countries. They are aware of the path we're trying to
00:54create so that we can get to a point where we do have a ceasefire.
00:58The Strait of Hormuz is open to maritime traffic in accordance with international law, with no provisional type of arrangement
01:06set up by Iran that they control who goes through there because that is a violation of international law.
01:12So, at the end of the day, it is a very complex issue over there.
01:16And while the United States and Iran are the key players, with Israel coming in close behind because of the
01:22threats to their nation, I think at the end of the day, the United States is prepared that should we
01:26need to go back to combat operations, it will be a very robust response.
01:31And that will be driven by Iran's decision not to give up their nuclear program, ballistic missile program, they want
01:38to continue support for the Houthis and or the Houthis terrorist proxies throughout the Middle East, including the Houthis, but
01:45also making sure that the Strait of Hormuz is open to all maritime traffic without any influence from Iran.
