00:00Does that mean anything to players when the owner who's been embattled and has taken his fair share of slings
00:05and arrows had a moment to celebrate what he put together?
00:10Leon Rose had a moment to celebrate it, and they did in their own way, but they let the players
00:14and the coach have that moment to themselves.
00:16Well, I thought it was amazing to be able to take a step back and let the fans, I mean,
00:21let the players, you know, have that moment.
00:22But, you know, I was there on the court and I got to see Jim. That's probably the biggest smile
00:26I've seen on his face in a long time.
00:27Yeah, he doesn't smile to a game.
00:30He rightfully saw him because, look, you know, he had a tough run as Jonah the Knicks, and he gave
00:35up control by letting Leon Rose, you know, do his thing.
00:38And he made a tough decision in firing Tom Thibodeau thinking, well, we've maxed out what we can do with
00:43Tom.
00:43All due respect to him. And that's not always easy, and it doesn't always work.
00:47And I think he deserves a lot of credit for doing exactly what they did.
00:50Oh, definitely. I was completely shocked when the move was made last year.
00:53That lets you know it's either finals or bust, and it worked out. It was unbelievable.
00:57Yeah. Is that something like the finals or bust? You mentioned it when they fire the coach.
01:01You recognize that. The team understands that, right?
01:03So, like, what kind of pressure do you think you play with the entire season?
01:07Is that on your mind the entire season? Like, hey, we have expectations, and who knows?
01:12The coach might not be here. We've already been through one coach. We might lose another one.
01:15What kind of, like, imprint does that leave on the team when decisions like that are made?
01:18It lets you know how much pressure, what's at stake. But, you know, every season we all set goals.
01:24You know, you want to finish number one in the regular season, you want to have a great position,
01:28home court advantage going into the playoffs. So if you do get to a game seven,
01:31we have our fans behind us to push us through that, to get that win.
01:34Right.
01:34And everything's worked out. I mean, the ownership is unbelievable. The fan base is unbelievable.
01:41We're the best fans in the world.
01:43The guys behind the scene are unbelievable. The fans travel.
01:46How does that sound like Cleveland?
01:48It was a home game. It was a home game for us in Cleveland. It was great.
01:51I love it.
01:52It was great.
01:52And it seems like the...
