00:00City planning for this year started at the end of last year's event so we'll start with looking at
00:06what went well in 2025 and what could what didn't go so well and what we could refine
00:13and then start to build that into making any changes ready for the Manx Grand Prix in August
00:18and then continue that planning all the way through and sort of the tail end of 25 and then
00:23it builds back up at the start of 2026 around putting in the requests for our mutual aid
00:28support bringing in all the additional equipment and medication consumables and then working through
00:36all the plans and where people are going to be based for when we are in racing formation or
00:41whether we're it's you know business as usual day where there is no racing going on ahead
