38:05my roll number
38:07my admit card
38:08ID were invalid
38:09apparently the
38:10captcha wasn't
38:10loading so all
38:12in all there were
38:12a lot of issues
38:13on the main
38:14website itself and
38:16when you could
38:16finally log into
38:17the website you
38:18couldn't pay you
38:20couldn't open the
38:21photocopy application
38:22button the payment
38:24gateway wasn't
38:25opening every time I
38:26did pay the payment
38:27showed failed the
38:29QR codes for UPI
38:30scanners weren't
38:30working and in the
38:32end they did take
38:33extra money from
38:34me and before
38:37finally actually
38:38accepting my
38:39application so
38:41all right so in
38:43general I think the
38:45issue was I mean
38:46they were claiming
38:47that it was just a
38:48minor bug which
38:48would be fixed
38:49soon it took around
38:50a day and a half
38:50two days to fix
38:51and I feel like the
38:53website in itself
38:54was not the
38:55original revaluation
38:57website which they
38:57proceeded with the
38:58past so many years
38:59it always been a
39:00very straightforward
39:01portal where you
39:02just click on what
39:03your roll number
39:03is you fill in your
39:05details you get to
39:05the portal apply for
39:06your photocopy pay and
39:07finish this interface
39:09is completely different
39:10as well I think they
39:10tried something new I'm
39:11not sure what it was
39:12but it wasn't very
39:14well implemented okay

40:08the 70s and they
40:09cannot even get their
40:10copies to be re-evaluated
40:11because of these
40:12glitches in the website
40:13and one of them missed
40:15a DU college because of
40:17a few marks and he
40:18cannot even get there
40:19re-evaluated and that
40:20is quite a disappointment
40:21from CBSE and I'm
40:24truly disappointed in
40:25CBSE itself
40:26would I be under
40:27understanding this
40:29correctly would it help
40:30the students if they
40:32reopen the re-evaluation
40:33window so everybody
40:35who's not been able to
40:36you know sort of be
40:37satisfied with the
40:39marking so far gets it
40:40because CBSE is
40:41responding we saw 11
40:43lakh you know papers that
40:45had to be evaluated they
40:46have already returned
40:47without eight or nine
40:50to be frank I don't think
40:51that it will help anyone
40:52because CBSE in itself is
40:54a messed up system and
40:55it has failed several
40:57students and has caused
40:58many to consider suicide
41:00and get a bad
41:02reputation on their name
41:03even if they have
41:04deserved better from the
41:05examination point of
41:07view and that is such a
41:08major hurtful and very
41:11disappointing moment
41:13yeah I totally understand
41:15your sentiment Ibrahim and
41:16this is just as a
41:17disclaimer to everybody
41:18watching right now any
41:19student at this point who's
41:20feeling triggered or needs
41:22to speak please reach out
41:23to parents please reach
41:24out to your coaches and
41:25speak with them please do
41:27not get into a very
41:28depressive mode or feel
41:30like everything is

41:53reinvent itself even the

41:59people want to see what
42:01exactly they wrote they
42:02provided a portal in a
42:03system in which people can
42:04see their mark sheets get
42:06their photocopies but so
42:07badly implemented would
42:09you say that they rushed
42:10into it were there enough
42:11trials done with teachers
42:13like you with students so
42:14they knew exactly if there
42:16were any faults in the
42:17system I am totally
42:23agreed with you training
42:26must be given to the
42:27teachers at least before
42:30six months many teachers
42:34could not understand this
42:36system but system is not
42:39bad it is very good system
42:46yes I system is very good
42:54but due to not given proper
42:57training and the scanning
43:03should be clear many papers
43:07are there it is not clearly
43:12clearly seen by the teacher
43:15therefore marking is
43:18improper all right I think
43:19what you're trying to say is
43:20that the policy is good but
43:21the implementation wasn't
43:22very clear let me get the

44:23they haven't gotten that chance
44:25or maybe there's some glitch
44:26and they should pay more
44:28attention to the website they
44:29are creating because I mean
44:31the first thing I noticed when I
44:33opened up the website was
44:33obviously when it loaded the
44:35first thing I did notice that
44:36this wasn't the website which
44:38you know I applied for in
44:39class 10 because even in
44:40class 10 I applied for
44:41revaluation which was two
44:42years ago and that was
44:43completely different so the
44:45first thing they should do is
44:46pay attention to what they
44:47have at hand right now and
44:49maybe starting from next year
44:50they should sort of start this
44:54training they should start
44:55from two things two things
44:56Karan is mentioning he's
44:57saying number one reopen the
45:00revaluation system the portal
45:01that shot on the 25th of night
45:03reopen it so people can
45:04apply kids can apply for
45:05photocopies and revaluation if
45:06required and number two he's

45:12system anyone can and that's
