“The baby boomers are retiring. So there’s an opportunity to fill those spots going forward.”

WeWork CEO John Santora encouraged Gen Z to stay optimistic about the future, arguing that retiring baby boomers and emerging AI tools will create major opportunities for the next generation of workers.

“If you embrace the tools that we have, [the opportunities] are going to be tremendous,” Santora said at the Fortune Workplace Summit. “I would look at it with bright eyes if I was 25.”
