00:00I'm going to start with LAFC, and I'm free, free falling.
00:06That's right, Chiba, we are falling like crazy, Nick.
00:09No sé qué pasó.
00:11The floor was pulled off, and now we are in seventh place,
00:15almost out of the play of contention.
00:18Chiba, what is happening with LAFC?
00:20We thought that it was a fluke.
00:21We were hoping that Mark Dos Santos was the new messiah
00:25that would take us out of this wishy-washy rhythm
00:28that we played really, really well for five games,
00:30and then we come into terrible collapses like this.
00:34Four games in a row, losing with, I'm going to give it, you know, a saving grace.
00:39This last game, we did saw some response from LAFC.
00:42They were playing against Nashville, the strongest team on the East.
00:46So I'm going to say there's no reason to really, really throw the baby with the water right now.
00:52But, Chiba, break it down for us.
00:54What's happening with LAFC?
00:56I mean, it's happening that they have played too many games,
00:58there's no excuses because Nashville wasn't the same,
01:00and they know they played the same games as LAFC.
01:03What I'm seeing with LAFC is the lack of defense.
01:06I think we're missing defenders, and in the midfield, we don't have,
01:09Tillman has to, you know, go to the bench.
01:12Martinez has to play some more minutes.
01:13It's easy to criticize right now when things are going wrong.
01:17Es temprano, hermano.
01:18This is the beginning of the season.
01:19We have this huge break coming up after the game versus Seattle,
01:22and I know for a fact that we're going to, that everything's going to change,
01:26and that we're going to start doing better.
01:27Now, with Marcos Santos, I think he's feeling the pressure,
01:30even though there's been not too many games that he has been a coach for LAFC,
01:33he's feeling the pressure because he needs to play the LAFC style,
01:36like I always mentioned, which is always attacking,
01:38and I think on his head, he's playing with him.
01:40He needs to find a balance.
01:42One thing that I see with LAFC that nobody's talking about
01:44is the fact that they stopped bringing players from Latin America.
01:48We're not seeing players from Latin America like before.
01:50We had a lot of them, and right now,
01:52they're only focusing on bringing players from Europe and no Latinos.
01:55No Latinos, and there's a disconnection with the team.
01:57But now let's talk about Galaxy, the other side of the town,
02:00because they're moving up.
02:02Moving up.
02:02My friend.
02:04Two wins in a row, Nick.
02:06How does it feel to be back in the winning column?
02:08Wow.
02:08After a long time.
02:10It feels good.
02:11It feels good to not be at least at the bottom,
02:13which is where we were last season.
02:15Look, we've been consistently, though,
02:17a 10th place team this whole season.
02:18We're now in ninth.
02:19Woo-hoo.
02:19Big, big thing.
02:20It's still early on.
02:22It's all good.
02:22But what I've seen from Galaxy
02:24is consistency from a single player.
02:27We haven't had that.
02:28We've obviously been missing Puij from injury,
02:31and since then, we haven't had a solid player to give us goals.
02:34Pec, the Brazilian for us,
02:35has stepped up two games in a row scoring,
02:37getting on the board.
02:38Usually, one day it's Pec that saves our behinds,
02:41then one day Paintsill saves our behinds.
02:42But it's consistently been Pec,
02:44and we're starting to flow right now.
02:45So it's feeling good.
02:47We're still in the knockout area.
02:49We want to get in that seventh, sixth, fifth spot.
02:52It's still early, but we have to be consistent.
02:54I'm not too hopeful just because of how things have been going,
02:57but it's a good sign.
02:57Let me sing your praises a little bit, Nick,
02:59because this wasn't any team that you guys beat.
03:02Right.
03:02You went to Seattle and beat Seattle.
03:04This is almost like a classical for MLS.
03:06These are some of the most important teams that are in the league.
03:09And the fact that Galaxy is being able to recover that ability
03:13to go and show their potential in a place like Seattle,
03:17it's important.
03:18It is.
03:18It is indeed.
03:19And you guys held your own against Nashville as well.
03:21I know it was a loss at the end of the day,
03:22but what was it?
03:23Three goals up against them?
03:24You guys put three goals.
03:25Three bangers of a goal.
03:26Three bangers of a goal, yeah.
03:27From Harry Mokhtar.
03:28All of them.
03:28Yep.
03:29Hat-trick from three direct kicks.
03:34Three massive goals that Harry Mokhtar...
03:36Without the goalies.
03:36All of them.
