00:26So, again, I don't know how we pulled out this boring...

00:30But for me, boring is as good as a win if you're a Galaxy fan right now.

00:36This is great to see.

00:37But still, you know, our keeper was really a rock.

00:41McCarthy in the back for us.

00:42We needed that.

00:43And, yeah, I mean, we're going now into going back to Mexico

00:46with a big task ahead of us.

00:48I wonder if we can make something happen.

00:49A goal in Lake 2 would be tremendous for us.

00:51So, let's see if it can happen.

00:53Galaxy has a stacked calendar ahead of them.

00:56They have to go on a very tough game at El Volcan against Tigres.

01:00And then they also have to do Realza Lake,

01:02which might be an easy task, but they have to go to Realza Igliri.

01:06And also they're going to, again, against Houston,

01:09a game that is very important for the standings.

01:12Now, Chiba, let's talk about LAFC.

01:14So much to talk about this game.

01:16They figure out a way to stop Messi.

01:19Yes, after seven consecutive games of Messi scoring or contributing to a goal,

01:25LAFC was able to stop this streak.

01:27Chiba, what are your impressions of this effort that LAFC did

01:31to get ahead in this elimination towards the CONCACAF Champions League?

01:37Let me tell you, man, I was very impressed and surprised

01:39on the fact that defensively they handled them pretty good.

01:43Because let's not forget Suarez.

01:44Suarez is also a player that, man, he's so good.

01:46You give him, you know, three centimeters of space,

01:49he's going to score a goal.

01:51When we start with LAFC, I think it's bright.

01:54I think it's a team that is learning how to win important games.

01:57And that's very important.

01:58The fact that Messi couldn't do anything, he had three free kicks.

02:01You know, that was it.

02:03Playing on the field, he didn't do that much.

02:05But let me tell you, when the Messi phantom, you know,

02:07Messi coming to LA, people went nuts.

02:38and an assemble of young, incisive players that they have.

02:42And now let's talk about a little bit about the return to MLS.

02:45LAFC has, again, also a very heavy schedule around.

02:49They have to go to Miami,

02:51where I think that this is going to be a different story.

02:53I think Miami is going to come out swinging.

02:55We'll be reporting next week on who makes it to the next round.

02:59But let's go to the standings because these standings on the West, guys,

03:03they are unreal.

03:05The surprise, which is not that surprise

03:08because we've been talking about Vancouver for a long time,

03:10Vancouver in the very first place.

03:13They play against Pumas.

03:15It seemed like they were going to get the result,

03:17but my Pumas came out with La Garra Universitaria,

03:21with Carrasquilla scoring a massive goal.

03:25One touch from a corner kick right into the corner.

03:31Hopefully, I don't find myself,

03:33I mean, hopefully I do find myself rooting

03:35between Pumas and LAFC in the semifinal.

03:38But Chiba, going back to MLS, Vancouver.

03:41Is Vancouver right now the best team in MLS?

03:45They're playing amazing.

03:46I think for Pumas, it's going to be a tough game.

03:49Even though it's going to be in Seoul,

03:51but man, Vancouver, they're in first place

03:53because they deserve it.

03:54They've been playing a pretty smart football.

03:56And man, I'm surprised to be honest with you,

03:57but it's MLS and this is the beginning.

04:00There's a lot of seasons to go.

04:02Let's not forget that a lot of teams,

04:03by mid-season, they just drop and start having trouble.

04:07We've seen it with all the teams.

04:09Let's see how far Vancouver can take it.

04:11Now, Nick, I know that you've been following closely

04:14what San Diego is doing.

04:15Austin in second place, San Diego in third place.

04:18Two teams who recently beat LAFC and exposed them.

04:22Are you still confident that San Diego can be a team

04:25that wins it in their first season?

04:27They're doing great.

04:28I mean, they're leading on new faces to earn the results.

04:31But also, you know, they're getting big names

04:33like Irving Lozano.

04:35You know, they're missing time because of injuries,

04:38but they're still showing that they can play

04:39even without those big names.

04:40And I don't know, they got this momentum behind them

04:42and so much hype.

04:43And why is LAFC, though, the default possible rival

04:47and not the Galaxy?

04:48Are we that bad right now that we can't even be up

04:51as contenders as possible rivals?

04:54I mean, I'm not going to fight you on that, but...
