00:00111. In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
00:05112. The Hour has drawn near and the moon has split
00:11113. And if they see a sign, they turn away and say, “This is continuous magic.”
00:20114. They lied and followed their own desires
00:27115. And every matter is settled.
00:31116. And there has come to them news which contains a deterrent.
00:41117. Profound wisdom, but what good are warnings?
00:48118. So turn away from them on the Day when the caller calls to something terrible.
00:57119. Straw from their eyes, they emerge from the graves like swarming locusts.
01:07111. Hastening to the caller
01:11112. The disbelievers will say, "This is a difficult day."
01:17111. The people of Noah denied the truth before them, and they denied Our servant and said, “He is mad,” and he was rebuked.
01:27112. So he called upon his Lord, “I am overwhelmed, so help me.”
01:35113. So we opened the gates of heaven with pouring water
01:45114. And We caused the earth to gush forth with springs, and the waters met for a purpose already decreed.
01:56115. And We carried him on a vessel of planks and nails.
02:03116. It flows under Our watchful eyes as a recompense for those who disbelieved.
02:10117. And indeed, a sign has come to us
02:15118. Is there anyone who will remember?
02:19119. So how severe was my punishment and my warning?
02:23110. And We have certainly made the Qur'an easy to remember.
02:28111. Is there anyone who will remember?
02:31112. The people of 'Ad lied, so how severe was My punishment and My warnings?
02:38111. Indeed, We sent upon them a furious wind on a day of continuous misfortune.
02:50112. People are uprooted as if they were palm trunks soaked in water.
02:58113. So how severe was my punishment and my warning?
03:03114. And We have certainly made the Qur'an easy to remember.
03:08115. Is there anyone who will remember?
03:11116. Samud lied about the vow.
03:15117. They said, “Shall we follow just one man from among ourselves?”
03:23118. Indeed, we are in error and madness
03:30119. The mention was made to him from among us
03:36119. Rather, he is a wicked liar.
03:39111. Tomorrow they will know who the wicked liar is.
03:45111. Indeed, We are sending the she-camel as a test for them, so watch them and observe them.
03:53112. And inform them that the water is to be divided between them.
04:01113. Every drink is a dying thing
04:05114. So they called their companion, and he took up the task and hamstrung [the animal].
04:10114. So how severe was my punishment and my warning?
04:14115. Indeed, We sent upon them a single blast, and they became like the chaff of a dying man.
04:27116. And We have certainly made the Qur'an easy to remember.
04:32117. Is there anyone who will remember?
04:35117. The people of Lot denied the warnings
04:41118. Indeed, We sent upon them a storm of stones, except for the family of Lot.
04:52119. We saved them by magic
04:55111. A blessing from us
05:00111. Thus We reward those who are grateful
05:04112. And We warned them of Our punishment, but they disputed the warning.
05:12111. And they turned away from his guest, so We blinded their eyes. So taste My punishment and My warnings.
05:24112. And a lasting punishment overtook them in the morning.
05:32113. So taste my torment and my warning
05:36114. And We have certainly made the Qur'an easy to remember.
05:41115. Is there anyone who will remember?
05:44116. And the warnings came to the people of Pharaoh
05:50117. They denied all Our signs, so We seized them with the seizure of the Mighty, the Powerful
05:59117. Are your disbelievers better than those, or do you have immunity in the scriptures?
06:11118. Or do they say, “We are all victorious”?
06:17119. The multitude will be defeated and will turn their backs.
06:22110. Rather, the Hour is their appointed time, and the Hour is more terrible and more bitter.
06:28111. The criminals are in error and madness
06:35112. On the Day they are dragged on their faces into the Fire, taste the touch of Hell
06:43111. Indeed, We have created everything in precise measure.
06:49112. And Our command is but one word, like a twinkling of the eye.
06:59113. And We have destroyed your desire
07:05114. Is there anyone who will remember?
07:08115. And everything they did in the Zubair
07:13116. Every small and large thing is recorded.
07:19117. Indeed, the righteous will be in gardens and rivers.
07:26118. In a seat of truth near a Sovereign, All-Powerful
