00:07well before, so we're getting leads in the regions you were targeting, but then now it started getting leads out
00:15of areas for no fucking reason.
00:17Well, here is the reason. So for this specific client, we were adjusting the location. So, you know, when you
00:26duplicate a campaign that's already been running now, you can't edit the areas on here specifically. So you don't really
00:33know what's on and off.
00:35So, you know, we went in their location and then, you know, exclude and then we added a few exclusions.
00:42But then to verify, you know, manually, I went to one specific ad set and I saw that reach more
00:48people likely to respond was turned back on.
00:50And we always turn this off. So even though we added some exclusions, they're not going to be respected. So
01:00what you have to do now, even though it's, you know, it's time intensive and stuff and it feels like
01:09method is doing this intentionally.
01:12I don't know why, but, you know, you have to turn them all back off manually or you have to
01:19use a tool that I'm not going to name.
01:22There's multiple tools you can do that exist for that, but I'm not here to promote that.
01:27But basically, I just want to make sure you guys understand that this is the kind of stuff you have
01:34to deal with regularly with Facebook.
01:38So they're going to push updates, they're going to push patches and accounts, and it's going to be stuff like
01:45that.
01:46So in March 2026, it's been pretty much a nightmare for a bunch of our accounts.
01:53Some accounts seem unaffected for some reason, but we've had a lot of accounts affected.
01:59So, you know, for local clients, this is a nightmare.
02:02And so this is just one of the accounts we're optimizing and we're fixing.
02:06So everything seems to be fine on this part.
02:11All right.
02:13And so here we go.
02:14And so we're going to be doing that for every campaign we have.
02:19And it's just, you know, I know it's time intensive, but if you guys have been having issues with leads
02:25out of regions,
02:26I highly advise you to check that out specifically because, you know, those Advantage Plus placement things,
02:34they work pretty well with online businesses and e-commerce if you ship, you know, everywhere.
02:39But for anything local, I seem to be having a lot of issues with this.
02:44So hopefully that helps some of you out.
