01:06kung saan hands-on immersion at real-life experience ay priority ng kanilang itinerary.
01:32Rise and Shine, Sir Lance.
01:33Good morning.
01:34Good morning, Audrey.
01:36Good morning, ka-RSP.
01:49Yeah, so we started in 2018. So that was 8 years ago po, last April.
01:54And the reason why it started, I used to work po sa Cambodia for an international tour and volunteering company.
02:01And then during that time, I was like, if kaya siya sa ibang bansa, volunteer works, bakit hindi natin doon
02:07sa Pilipinas?
02:08And that's where it started po, Feeding Change Philippines.
02:11Ayun. So ano ba yung talagang pinakapangunahing layo din ang organisasyon?
02:15Our mission po, our goal, is to improve the way of life in the Philippines by bringing people all together.
Bali, for Feeding Change Philippines po, meron tayong volunteer and volunteering.
02:40So when we go out of town po, we do volunteering.
02:44So it's like traveling with purpose or you create impact.
02:48So when we went to Oriental Mindoro, it's our fourth time to be there.
02:53And what we did, aside sa feeding program, because I think mostly people would say Feeding Change Philippines is just
02:59feeding program.
02:59Because by its name. But when we do to a community, we do immersion po.
03:05So we host learning sessions, we connect with the locals.
03:10So for Mindoro po, we work with the kids.
03:13Meron po kaming activities for the half day na may mga learning session and then may mga fan activities team
03:19po.
03:19Uy, maganda yun.
03:40Tell us more about this.
03:42Yes po. So for July 24 to 26, we're gonna be in Zambales for the fifth time.
03:46Wow. So for this one naman po, we work with the environment naman po as part of our advocacy.
03:53So when we do environmental works, we do beach cleanups, making sure na malinis ang ating coastline as much as
04:00we could.
04:01We also create wooden bins.
04:12And aside from that, we create eco-signages.
04:30O sinasadyan nyo ba yun?
04:31O minsan nyo, huwag lang sasambali, sir. Puto nyo rin. May ibang parte ako ng Batangas.
04:36O yan, o yan.
04:37Nakita ako talaga. Nakakainit ng ulo. Parang walang, walang respeto sa...
04:41O talagang parang walang care.
04:43O may ilang parte ng Batangas lang. Ngayon, well, three days po itong magaganap, itong activity nito.
So it's three days activity. The first day po, we're gonna work with the AITA community.
04:59So with this one, we're gonna do immersion. Since rainy season po siya, what we're gonna be doing is we're
05:05bringing the AITAS from the mountain to the city po.
05:08Okay.
05:09And then during that event, we're gonna do learning sessions. May mga fun activities tayo, not just for the kids,
05:15but also for the adults.
05:16So right now po, meron tayong 172 families that we're gonna be inviting from the mountain papunta po sa city,
05:24which is sa barangay Baloma in San Felipe Zambalis po.
05:27And then on the second day, this is the focus of the environmental works po. This is where we're gonna
05:32be doing beach cleanups, wooden bins, and eco-signages.
05:37And then the third day po, since it's a volunteer, we're gonna visit a waterfalls.
05:41So kung baga po, it's a combination of traveling with purpose.
05:47gala.
05:47So I think for this time, you can say, gala ako ng gala, but with purpose.
05:53Oh, yung ganda nun na. Parang mas masarap ipagmalaki yun. May nagawa ako, hindi lang ako gumala.
05:58Mas memorable.
05:59Yes.
06:16So that's one thing po.
06:18And once na maging okay po yung discussion to partner with them, that's when we do the outage programs.
06:24The second one po is we look over Luzon and identify specific communities na may kailangan ng support.
06:31Kasi for Feeding Change Philippines po, we're not just focusing in one sector.
06:34We have projects relating to building, education, medical, environments.
06:40So sako po lahat.
06:40So sako po lahat as much as we could.
06:45We really go to different places to make sure na slowly there's an impact that we're creating or change at
06:52Feeding Change Philippines is all about.
07:03Yung una po, where everyone was crying when we worked with mga matatanda po na napabayaan na.
07:10So natouch ko eh doon.
07:11So sobrang, dun ko po na first time nakita na yung mga volunteers nakasama ko umiiyak.
07:16And it's a different experience.
07:18And then maybe second po is when we visited a jail, may kitaw mo po doon na yung mga kwento
07:26na sa simula nakakatakot na we're gonna be doing outreach program.
07:31Kasi that's the common connotation eh.
07:32When you say jail, masasama tao yung mga nito.
07:35Pero once you hear their stories, may realize mo na we're so blessed to be able to do whatever we
07:42want.
07:58Ngayon, interesado dito yung ibang nanonood.
08:16So, for our projects po, we did Metro Manila.
08:20Mostly, umaabot po kayo ng 50 to 80 volunteers.
08:23So, madami po.
08:24Kasi mas easy po yung logistics and stuff.
08:26Pag mga out of town po, we're limiting to 50.
08:30Kasi po, as much as possible, gusto namin yung hands-on experience.
08:39And for our projects po, yung programs namin, carefully designed siya na magmatch sa number of beneficiaries and number of
08:47volunteers.
08:48Kung baga, if you're gonna volunteer with us po, may naka-assign ka ng mga grupo, either bata o matanda.
08:54Now, that's your priority, to get to know them and to understand bakit ka nga ba nagpa-volunteer and what's
09:00the impact you're trying to give to them.
09:03Para hindi pang-post lang sa Facebook.
09:05Yes.
09:05So, talagang may nagawa ka talaga.
09:07Maramdaman mo, makita mo yung buhay ng iba, na malaman mo kung gano'ng kaka-bless.
09:12Para po sa mga gusto mag-volunteer, paano makik-connect po sa inyo?
09:15Yes po.
09:16So, we're available everywhere, especially online these days.
09:19You can just search Feeding Change Philippines, whether it's on a specific platform or social media account.
09:27And we're posting pa yung mga activities namin, whether it's volunteer works within Metro Manila or volunteer works outside of
09:34Metro Manila.
09:35Wow. Maraming maraming salamat, Sir Lance.
09:42natin.
09:42Correct. At mas maraming pagbabago.
09:45Yun.
09:45Maraming maraming salamat.
09:46It may be at sal quinquino va-to 6pm Thanks, Not French.
09:46You Tower of Life.
09:47People can just search the pot.

09:47Sounds like hospitality, sir.
09:47I'm gonna love it and I want that إ so much I just lick it.
