00:24And we welcome you to the south side of Chicago and right field.
00:27We've got baseball on the show.
00:30It's the Tampa Bay Rays going up against the Chicago White Sox.
00:36First pitch coming your way next.
00:44And towing the slab, Davis Martin.
00:46What do you have on him?
00:48Well, I'm interested to see how he utilizes his sinker to this lineup, Boog.
00:51You know, it's not necessarily his go-to primary pitch, but he does mix it in when he needs it.
00:56And he's just got to make sure that it's not flat.
00:58Otherwise, it's going to get hit hard.
01:00So look for him to throw it up there when he needs a big double play, a ground ball,
01:04something like that to get out of an inning, change it up for a hitter.
01:07Also, get those hitters looking down so that it opens up the top of the strike zone,
01:12especially late in and at bat.

01:38Now we'll look at Kevin Cash's lineup for the Tampa Bay Rays.
01:42One guy swinging a hot bat recently, Yandy Diaz.
01:46Well, these days we know teams, you know, they put a game plan together for every hitter in a lineup.
01:50But a guy like this, they circle him, make sure he doesn't beat you.
01:55So, you know, they put in a little extra time and effort on how they're going to approach him.
01:59He can be a huge difference maker when he's hot.
02:01So, it's going to be fun to see how they try to work him right here.

06:25good secondary lead doesn't have to get away from the catcher but if you're
06:28anticipating based off the trajectory get yourself in the scoring position hooked
06:35around that pitch on the outside but he was still able to square it up pretty
06:39nicely and that takes quick strong risk to pull that off first and second no

55:07of confidence in that pitch.

55:20Well, an interesting situation.
55:22One swing, you can tie up the ballgame.
55:24But if you're patient and work a walk, then you bring the game-winning run to the plate.
