00:21the show brings you a matchup of division rivals.
00:24It's the New York Yankees taking on the Tampa Bay Rays.
00:31First pitch coming your way next.
00:38And starting on the mound for the Rays, Steven Matz.
00:42Chris, what should we keep an eye on here with him?
00:44Well, Ugg, expect to see the ball in play with this guy in the mound.
00:48He's not exactly a big strikeout guy,
00:50so that means the defense will need to stay sharp.
00:53He's looking for soft contact,
00:54so communication is going to be key in this one.
00:57All right, ready to get underway.

01:13He's got an MVP and a Rookie of the Year under his belt.
01:17And a guy who's played every day as a first baseman,
01:21every day as a right fielder, every day as a center fielder.
01:23And Caminero throws across the diamond.

01:30And time now to check out the New York Yankees lineup.
01:33And a big factor for them in recent games, Jazz Chisholm Jr.
01:37Yeah, Boog, this lineup is setting up the pins for him right now,
01:40and he's just smashing them.
01:42Driving runs in at a high rate over the last couple of series,
01:44and it just seems like he's enjoying every opportunity he gets in a big spot.
01:49Not everybody likes to be on the big stage in those big moments.
01:53But right now, he does.
01:54Those pressure moments almost seem to be what he's thriving off of.
01:57So we'll see if any of that comes up in this one.

04:21And one of the most exciting young stars in the sport, Junior Caminero.

04:32And you can see the confidence that he's carrying around just watching him walk to the plate.

09:51And, you know, not a lot of outfielders in this league are able to make that play or even make
09:56it near consistently.

10:18Now this one gets away from the catcher.

19:37that hitter is going to be trying to protect and battle.
19:40And right there, clearly he was in swing mode, but all you can do is hope to foul that off.

26:27up next he kind of rolled over on this pitch a little bit but he got enough behind it to

26:33you'll take that any time you can get him to find a hole that's a laser face hit
26:38Bellinger around second on his way to third and now they'll have runners on the corners with two away

26:52and that one fouled off
27:03pretty good pitch there take a rip at he wants to get his arms extended he likes
27:07the ball away from him a little bit just not able to square it up fights that one

27:21oh and this one gets away throws to second not gonna get him he's in there

28:35doesn't work out for success but you can never predict baseball that one almost got

29:56so the two out knock extends the inning and sends them back to the top of the order man those
30:01are the
30:01types of hits where you don't feel any vibration in your hands whatsoever such a good feeling smash
30:07that one through the infield for the knock when it's hit that hard it makes it very tough on the
30:12infielders to make any sort of play now quick throw to burst and he's back in easily I think you
30:17want to
30:18get a one-way lead be very aggressive in the secondary this hitter not a power guy so you want
30:23to make
30:23sure that you can get some links on the secondary lead and perhaps score a ball in the gap Diaz

36:34Pretty much a model swing on that one as he ripped it into the opposite field gap,
36:38and I'm sure he's going to be watching that one back on video
36:40because that's the kind of swing you want to bottle.
