00:29of President Nayib Bukele and denounced arbitrary detentions, deaths in prison, and restrictions
00:35on fundamental rights under the state of emergency, currently in effect in the country.
00:40In addition, they expressed concern over what they consider to be a weakening of democratic
00:45institutions and an increase in safe control in the Central American nation.
