00:26were illegally expelled, according to U.S. judges by the State Department and the Department of Homeland Security,
00:31along with more than 200 Venezuelan citizens.
00:34They were accused of belonging to the now-defunct Trent Aragua, a criminal organization dismantled by Venezuelan authorities.
00:41Despite the efforts of their families, it was only after the intervention of the Inter-American Commission on Human Rights
00:46that their whereabouts were clarified.
