00:00The President, in an act of extraordinary friendship to our country, knowing the challenges
00:06we face in the U.S., has agreed to the most unprecedented and extraordinary migratory
00:13agreement anywhere in the world.
00:16First, obviously, he continues with full cooperation on the returning of Salvadorans who find themselves
00:22illegally in the United States and welcome them back home, and that's already existing
00:26and that will continue.
00:28Second, he has agreed to accept for deportation any illegal alien in the United States who
00:35is a criminal from any nationality, be they MS-13 or Trinidad-Agua, and house them in
00:41his jails.
00:42Third, he has offered to house in his jails dangerous American criminals in custody in
00:52our country, including those of U.S. citizenship and legal residence.
00:57No country has ever made an offer of friendship such as this.
01:00Any unlawful illegal immigrant in the United States who is a dangerous criminal, MS-13,
01:06Trinidad-Agua, whatever it may be, he has offered his jails so he can send them in and
01:10he will put them in his jails.
01:12And he's also offered to do the same for dangerous criminals currently in custody and serving
01:18their sentences in the United States, even if they're U.S. citizens or legal residents.
01:23We are just profoundly grateful.
01:25I spoke to President Trump about this earlier today, and it's just one more sign of what
01:29an incredible friend we have here in President Bukele.
