Schemes tackling anti-social behaviour, re-offending and community safety are being backed across the region. Birmingham will receive the largest share, with money for nine projects.

00:07re-offending and community safety across the West Midlands. Police and Crime Commissioner
00:12Simon Foster says the money will back 66 schemes in Birmingham, Coventry, Dudley, Sandwell,
00:19Solihull, Walsall and Wolverhampton. Birmingham is receiving about £613,000 for nine projects,
00:27including work linked to domestic abuse-related deaths, modern slavery and city centre antisocial behaviour.
00:34Mr Foster says the investment is about prevention and early intervention,
00:38helping communities feel safer and cutting re-offending across the region.
