Protesters gathered outside the Greek foreign ministry in Athens on Monday (May 18) after organizers of an aid flotilla sailing to Gaza said several of their ships had been intercepted by Israeli forces.

Greek nationals are on five of the flotilla ships sailing for Gaza, at least one of which was intercepted on Monday.

01:03while the remaining vessels continued sailing toward Gaza.

01:10and had urged Israeli authorities
01:12to ensure the safety of Greek citizens
