11:45This just validates what's going on at the tea house, and I think now we have proof of it.
11:50Nick, after you guys told me about the demonic entities and poltergeist activity,
11:55I started doing a whole lot more research into that.
11:59And I have quite the story to tell you.
12:03It's not just like a folk tale.
12:05This happened.
12:07Well, back in the late 1700s, a man named Adam Livingston moved down here from Pennsylvania.
12:16Considered a good neighbor, an industrious farmer.
12:19And then one night, it was storming, lightning, thunder, just miserable weather.
12:25He gets a knock at the door.
12:32There was a stranger there.
12:33He was sick, burning with fever, and begs Adam to let him in.
12:42Now, the stranger knew he was going to die that night, and he begged Adam to get him a Catholic
12:49priest to give him his last rites.
12:53In those days in Virginia, there was certainly no Catholic church around, so he denied this man his last request.
13:02And sure enough, later that night, the man died.
13:07Adam had a really restless night.
13:11He got up out of bed, looked out the window.
13:14So the storm had ceased, and there was a large crescent moon up in the sky.
13:29Adam was fearful that perhaps this stranger had been possessed, and so he took him out and buried him at
13:36the far end of his farm.
13:41But it was after that, that all kinds of strange poltergeist activity started taking place.
13:49He would hear a bell ringing, and there was no bell.
13:54Crockery was flying around the house, crashing.
14:03His chickens and roosters and geese, their heads just fell off.
14:10They called it spontaneous decapitation.
14:13This actually went on for several years, and it was spreading out to the town.
14:17The most definitive thing was people started hearing the sound of, like, shears clipping or scissors clipping.
14:26And all their clothes, the bedclothes and blankets they'd find had been cut up into crescent moon shapes.
14:34In fact, the town garnered the nickname Wizard Clip.
14:38Wow.
14:39That's crazy, especially since we've seen this symbol since our second case at Nina's house.

14:55I've never investigated a case where so many clues lined up like this before.
15:00It's almost like the demon was leaving a trail wherever it went.
15:03Now some of the unexplainable things we were finding along the way are actually coming together like a giant jigsaw

15:15We had the dead cows and decapitated chickens at the Browns' farm.

15:24And those antique scissors we found in the cave at the Adam Stevens' house.

15:50And there he met Father Dennis Cahill.

15:56Father Cahill was someone that we dealt with at the Adam Stevens' house.
16:00You had brought him up before.
16:03Cahill didn't believe his story at first and kind of laughed him off.
16:08But after so many witnesses attested for him, he agreed to go out to Adam's farm.
16:14And sure enough, declared the farm needed an exorcism.
16:25And he performed an exorcism of Catholic prayers, holy water, and blessings.
16:33He eventually got that activity to stop.
16:39Adam Livingston was so grateful that Father Cahill and the Catholic Church helped rid him
16:46of this demon that he donated a great deal of his land to the Catholic Church.
16:51It's a Catholic pastoral retreat called Priestfield.
16:57And Priestfield actually shares a border with the Watson farm in Middleway,
17:01where Tammy and her father were being tormented by ghosts.
17:05Each one of our cases up until this point,
17:07it's just been a little bit of this story coming through.
17:10We have some voices, too, that we've been capturing.
17:12We captured this EVP, electronic voice phenomenon, on the digital recorder
17:16that we thought it said kill.
17:19But now that Elizabeth has enhanced the audio,
17:22we think it may be saying something else.

18:53I think more importantly, why is it at the tea house?
18:55Well, I think I might have the answer to that.
18:57The tea house is located in a building called Billmire Hall.
19:03And before there was a Catholic church in this town, Catholic mass was held in that building.
19:10I have some history here from the local church of Shepherdstown, St. Agnes, that says before
19:16building the church, mass was celebrated at Billmire's Hall.
19:19Now, that's where the tea shop is, and that's where Adam Livingston met Father K-Hill.
19:31Wow.
19:33It's just everything connects back to this location, the tea house.
19:36That's the biggest clue right now.
19:38I don't think it's a coincidence that the tea house is located in the same building where
19:42Adam Livingston found Priest K-Hill.
19:44All this evidence definitely suggests we're dealing with the same demon that actually possessed
19:49and killed a man on the Livingston farm in the 1790s.
19:53So if we're dealing with something possibly demonic, I think I know someone who can help us.

21:18I've been studying demonology and angelology for a little over 10 years.
21:22I was ordained and licensed and certified in 2014.
21:26I've performed several exorcisms.
21:29My initial reaction to this space is there's something going on.
21:32I've seen a few places that have had this much damage, but very few.
21:37Are you familiar with the wizard clip story?

21:41That was actually the first church-sanctioned authorized exorcism.
21:46And I guess the United States.

21:49I've been working these cases for a long time.
21:51And there's definitely something going on here and obviously does have the earmarks of something demonic.

22:49We've been going to all these cave systems in all the surrounding towns surrounding Shepherdstown.
22:54These cave systems, they all have limestone.
22:56And one of the theories that we have is possibly this negative energy is using these tunnels and these cave
23:03systems to travel from one location to the next.
23:05They like dark, nasty places.
23:07They want us to be freaked out.
23:09Demons will go to great lengths to bait us, mock us, to cause us all the trouble that they can.
23:16That's why they'll appear as snakes or they'll appear as vermin, rats, spiders, things like that.
23:23Anything that can freak you out because they know what our fears are.
23:26Jeff was able to confirm pretty much all of our theories about this demon.
23:30He says it totally makes sense that a demon would try to wake up ghosts from the past and use
23:36them to bait out humans to try to possess them.
23:39He also said that psychics and sensitives are extremely vulnerable because they're already tapped into other dimensions where these evil
23:47entities dwell.
23:48So where do we go from here then?
23:50How do we fight this thing?
23:51What we really need to do is an exorcism or deliverance and take a stand right here.
23:58So unlike any of our past investigations where a simple cleansing kind of helps the location and the people involved,
24:03Jeff feels we're dealing with a demon.
24:05And not only any demon, but the demon that Cahill dealt with years ago.
24:09I mean, this isn't something for the faint of heart.

24:13It's going to put up a fight and it's going to attack us in any way it can.
