00:00Ladies and gentlemen, do we have any medical professionals on board?
00:03When they call the doctor, you know, over the loudspeakers, is there a doctor on board?
00:07When they make that call, they're also calling us and we're calling a medical professional
00:11on the ground.
00:12Anytime there's like a passenger that has any medical emergency, we have like a phone
00:16that we can actually call from the air and then a doctor from the ground picks up and
00:19we kind of guide them what's happening, what's going on.
00:22Even if we're halfway across Atlantic, we can call somebody who knows exactly what is
00:26on our airplane and how to utilize it at 35,000 feet in the air.
00:32When scary things happen, we don't have time to feel things, we have time to act on things.
00:36I've done hundreds and hundreds of flights prior to that where nothing happened.
00:39You never know when it's going to be your day to have to put all of your training into place.
