00:00And with that, we also are mindful of the headwinds out of Washington, D.C.
00:05And those headwinds are pretty profound.
00:06They're pretty outsized, and they impact this state more than any other state in the nation.
00:09By definition, as a tentpole of the U.S. economy, we're going to be impacted by those headwinds disproportionately.
00:18And we have a president who is well now known, because it's been shared,
00:23that doesn't particularly give a damn about the financial situation of the average American.
00:28His words, not my words, not being unfair here, this is what he said before he took off to China.
00:35I don't think about, he said, honestly and openly, about America's financial situation.
00:41That would include, by definition, the 40 million Americans that happen to reside here in California.
00:47We've seen this president declare multiple wars in the last 15 or so months.
00:54He's declared war on innovation.
00:57We'll establish that.
00:58Certainly a war on affordability, and yes, of course, the war, not the excursion, the war in Iran.
