00:00President Trump had some tough talk for one of his Democratic rivals, California.

00:15president, adding, quote, Gavin's incompetent.

00:30And it seems to be working, at least for now, in real clear politics polling.
00:35For the 2028 Democratic nomination, Newsom is at the very top of the list.

00:45On name recognition and not a lot else.
00:47And President Trump predicted that Newsom's record in California.
00:50will haunt him on the eventual campaign trail, citing his $135 billion.
