Crispy on the outside and creamy on the inside, these deep-fried rolls are the summer’s best dessert! In this video, Natalie makes peach cobbler egg rolls using crisp egg roll wraps, peach filling, and cream cheese. Fried over the stove and topped with a cinnamon sugar coating, these rolls will quickly disappear at any summer gathering.

00:00This is the best dessert you're going to make all summer.
00:02Hands down.
00:03Take one egg roll sheet, moisten the edges,
00:05filling it up with a little bit of peach filling,
00:06and some cream cheese.
00:08Now it's time to just roll it up.
00:09Heat your oil between 350 and 375,
00:11and then deep fry them,
00:12turning them once to make sure all sides are golden brown.
00:14While they're still warm,
00:15sprinkle them with a little cinnamon and sugar,
00:16and then they're ready to serve.
00:18They remind me of the little turnover pies
00:20that you get from like McDonald's.
00:21They're perfectly crispy on the outside,
00:22and then you've got all the peaches and cream on the inside.
