00:00Anyone that you guys would love to see roasted?
00:02I think Jay-Z would never do it, but I think it'd be funny.
00:06What about J.Lo? Because with the divorce jokes and stuff, how do you think that would go down?
00:10I would love to see her roasted J.Lo. I think it would be very fun.
00:13Listen, bag me in. I'll roast her myself.
00:19Welcome back to the App Session, where we talk about all the Hottix topics that everyone else is talking about.
00:24And right now, someone getting some heat is Kevin Hart after that roast.
00:30Roasted the roast master. Did you guys watch? Did you see the clips online?
00:34They're everywhere and it came back right to him because he loves to poke fun on everybody.
00:38And this time he was in the hot seat.
00:40He was in the hot seat. They were talking about his affair, honey, where he cheated on Aniko.
00:45They were talking about Aniko and how hot she is, how she was pretending.
00:48One of my favorite jokes of the night, I want to say this, let's get right into the jokes, honey.
00:51When the first one was, he said, I think The Rock said that she deserves an Academy Award
00:55for pretending that she likes to him every night.
00:58Yeah, which is crazy because I always did kind of wonder like,
01:02she really like him a lot or is that that bank account?
01:04Because how does that work in there?
01:05He's just so funny.
01:06He is a little short in style. It's definitely the bank account.
01:09It's a bank account.
01:09It's a bank account in the comedy. It's gotta be because it ain't the height.
01:12It ain't the height.
01:12He's handsome. He really is handsome. Like if he was a little taller,
01:16he'd be cleaning up out here, honey.
01:17No, you are true.
01:18He's very handsome.
01:19Cheating on girls.
01:20Some women like short and this girl just really like short.
01:24Yeah.
01:24And like he'd like laugh her out of her panties.
01:26You know what I mean?
01:27Yeah.
01:27Those types of things.
01:28And it happens. Who hasn't been laughed out of their panties before?
01:31I mean, I'm not the only one.
01:32She's not the first one.
01:35No one backs me up on that.
01:36I'm like, why about myself?
01:38I love, honestly, I love a good roast or like comedy.
01:41And Tom Brady must be so relieved.
01:44He got roasted real bad by Kevin.
01:47So he gave it right back to him.
01:48Yeah.
01:49Oh yeah.
01:49Yeah.
01:50Yeah.
01:50I really enjoyed it.
01:51I mean, did you guys have a favorite?
01:53I like Tiana Taylor's.
01:55She brought up that she was in one battle after another.
01:57And she said that Kevin's career has been one bomb after another,
01:59which like debatable or no?
02:02Like, I mean, I guess, or even when she said she's like,
02:07I feel like even roasting you is beneath you,
02:11but nothing's beneath you.
02:12I thought that was funny.
02:13The short joke.
02:14Yeah, it was funny.
02:15The short joke.
02:16And she had a squirrel.
02:17She had her seeds.
02:17She's funny.
02:18She did.
02:19I liked Cat Williams because they actually in real life have a beef.
02:23They've had a beef for years.
02:24Many people have known about it.
02:25So he came out and he pulled no punches.
02:27He poked phone at Diddy.
02:29He said he was always at the Diddy parties, honey.
02:31And that he said not him being at the Diddy parties makes him guilty,
02:34but the fact that he gets all quiet when you mention it,
02:37that's the guilty sign.
02:38And I love that too.
02:40Because Cat Williams, like last year, a couple years ago,
02:42was like calling out all these celebrities,
02:44including Kevin Hart for, you know,
02:46whatever issues he had with them.
02:48And so it's funny for him to kind of come back and poke fun at that.
02:50And like, I just love Cat Williams.
02:52Like, he's probably one of my favorite comedians.
02:53And like, I feel like he definitely paved the way for someone like Kevin Hart.
02:56So it's nice to see them make up and like have that moment together on stage.
02:59Yeah, it is.
03:00And so what's so funny too about the makeup is Kevin Hart was saying at the end,
03:03you know, when they get to kind of roast everybody back,
03:05he was saying that he was acting during that moment where they kind of made up.
03:08I'm like, funny.
03:09So the feud continues.
03:10Yeah, the feud continues.
03:10And it's also nice, whether it's genuine or not,
03:12something like that kind of signifies that this is also a celebration for Kevin,
03:16even though obviously the roasting is like the headlines and that's the fun of it.
03:19Like, and also the fact that they seemingly got to, you know,
03:21clear things up shows that it's really a celebration for Kevin and what he's accomplished.
03:25Yeah.
03:25I think what a common theme amongst all these comedians,
03:28I feel like it's a mutual understanding this is all good fun.
03:30Yeah.
03:31Because even when you roast Kevin Hart, you get the roast back.
03:33It's just part of the bit.
03:35Yeah.
03:35And I think that's what makes it so entertaining.
03:37But you know, it's my thing though.
03:38There is a little bit of truth in every joke.
03:40Oh, wait.
03:41Oh, wait.
03:41Like the ditty joke.
03:43Like there's something to that.
03:43Kevin, why do you supply it?
03:44Why do you supply it after the ditty jokes?
03:46Yeah, please get on stage and tell us.
03:48Yeah.
03:48No, I feel like there's a little bit of truth in every joke.
03:50And I think they let,
03:51they use this time to let off a little steam a little bit.
03:54Oh, yeah.
03:54They always roast somebody that's been very successful.
03:57Yeah.
03:57And somebody that's kind of a little high and mighty.
03:59And honestly, Kevin Hart could use to be used a little bit of knocking down a peg or two.
04:03Oh, yeah.
04:04So I think he, but yeah, I think they use this time to get their rocks off a little bit.
04:08I'm not going to lie.
04:08I'm not going to lie.
04:09I think they meant some of that.
04:10I mean, Tom Brady got his revenge because didn't Kevin roast him for Giselle leaving him
04:14for the jujitsu instructor?
04:16Yeah.
04:17And now Tom Brady's clapping back.
04:18It's like, you had a fair with your wife.
04:21And she stayed right here.
04:22While she was pregnant.
04:22While she was pregnant, by the way.
04:24And sad note, Aniko, you looked gorgeous, honey.
04:26She always does.
04:27She did.
04:28Kevin Hart did, or J. Cole did a music video for a song called Kevin's Heart where he was
04:33talking about cheating on his own wife.
04:34Yeah.
04:35Because, you know, that's what they'd be doing out here now.
04:36They sure are.
04:37And so Kevin Hart actually featured in that music video, which is just so wild.
04:40Yeah.
04:40Very fitting.
04:41He's embracing it in a way.
04:42I don't know.
04:42If I was Aniko, I'd be like, don't embrace a damn thing.
04:45No, literally.
04:46I would say it's like, there's a way to own up to it.
04:49Yeah.
04:49I don't think that's it.
04:50Yeah.
04:50That's not it.
04:51No.
04:51I know.
04:52She doesn't care.
04:53Yeah.
04:53Aniko was in the audience.
04:54She was taking a lot of heat, a lot of jokes.
04:56I mean, a lot of stuff about her being a gold digger and not really wanting to be with him
04:59or not really liking him that much.
05:01Or I think Tom Brady joked, like he said, your wife is beautiful and I wouldn't hit on
05:06her.
05:06But actually, what I, what's up Aniko?
05:08Like he shouted her out.
05:09Like he was going to hit on her right into the face.
05:12A beautiful woman.
05:12A beautiful girl.
05:13Oh yeah.
05:13She's a gorgeous, gorgeous woman.
05:15And also, um, Chelsea Handler, didn't she also call him out for his DUI?
05:20Yes.
05:20She did.
05:21Tiger Woods fought astray there.
05:23Yeah.
05:23She said even Tiger Woods was like, honey, I'm not taking that ride with you.
05:26If you're going for a DUI joke, Tiger, it's easy.
05:28You got to just throw the punch there.
05:30Oh, totally.
05:31Chelsea's really that girl.
05:32Yeah, she is.
05:33And they have a friendship too.
05:34Like, I don't know, you see, they work together a lot.
05:36And they actually have a real genuine friendship.
05:37And also, she was laughing at her jokes, which I sometimes don't like when comedians do that,
05:41because it's like a little cheap.
05:43Like, make me laugh.
05:44And you're laughing at it.
05:45It feels too like geared up a little.
05:46Like if you're laughing, you know you think it's funny.
05:48Yeah, but for her in this situation, it was actually funny.
05:51So I was like, okay, I get it.
05:52I'll give her a pass.
05:53I would say she's definitely one of my favorite comedians on that panel,
05:55because she's just like, she's ruthless, but in such a raunchy, hilarious way.
06:01Like she knows how to hold her own as a female comedian amongst the men, for sure.
06:05I am curious though.
06:07Like, I feel like over the past couple of years, especially when it comes to comedy,
06:10they've talked, people are always talking about how like Gen Z or like younger millennials aren't
06:15as like open to, I guess, like jokes that are kind of like out of bounds, quote unquote.
06:20Like, what do we think about, because I feel like some of the jokes that were told during the
06:23roast were a little like, okay, like this is a little, yeah, a little sensitive.
06:28Yeah.
06:28But like, it seems as if we're kind of like moving back into that time.
06:31Like, what do we think about that?
06:33Yeah.
06:33In the world of cancel culture, I feel like things have shifted back to, there was a point
06:37where like, you couldn't say nothing.
06:38Otherwise you're getting canceled.
06:39And now we have these roasts every year.
06:40And I feel like people are a little bit, these jokes maybe are a little bit more palatable
06:44for people.
06:44So I do feel like there has been a shift back to people are comfortable with the jokes to
06:48a degree, of course, but I feel like last night went off pretty like swimmingly.
06:52And I feel like everybody kind of got their lick in and there was no major outrage,
06:56which is shocking in today's world.
06:57No outrage, but I was personally outraged by the Cheryl Underwood joke.
07:01Yeah, that was wild.
07:01Yeah, that was real.
07:02He made fun of her husband that had committed suicide a few years prior.
07:07She was laughing away.
07:07And she was laughing away, but it's like, they're obvious.
07:09Some of them are not laughing because they're, it's funny.
07:11They're laughing to save face.
07:13I'd be up there with the stank face.
07:14Like, don't make fun of my husband that committed suicide.
07:16That's like, to me, there is a line.
07:18I get the roast, but there is a line in my opinion.
07:20Definitely.
07:21Also, I just know for personally, I could never be up there because I'm too sensitive.
07:24I'd be wanting to fight everybody.
07:26That's why I'm not up there and I'm not comedians.
07:28I think I'm too sensitive.
07:30You've got to have a thick skin.
07:31And then how about Kanye taking his, again, hit the strike.
07:35I am far from a Kanye defender, personally.
07:39Pete Davidson went right up there and said,
07:40Kanye, you're going to take a hit by me.
07:42Yeah.
07:43He strikes again.
07:44I think that feud is so random and hilarious.
07:47But what was the, I don't, I can't remember the exact quote he said.
07:49No, Pete Davidson was talking about called Tony Hutchinson a gay Nazi.
07:52Yeah, like a Charlie Kirk lookalike type of thing.
07:55Yeah, he went for Charlie Kirk to Tony Hitchcliffe.
07:57And then it ended with a Kanye gay Nazi joke, which of course, obviously,
08:00Kanye and Pete had the whole rivalry when Pete was dating Cam after Kanye and stuff.
08:06The iconic selfie.
08:07Stay tuned for a Kanye response, because I'm sure he would love to.
08:09He is cute.
08:10Oh yeah, who knows, maybe we'll get another diss track.
08:13Because Kanye did that with Pete.
08:16Yeah, he was calling him Skeet or whatever.
08:18Yeah, yeah, yeah.
08:19So, apparently the rivalry's back on him.
08:20So we have people making up and people fighting him.
08:23I'm like, I can't keep up.
08:24I can't keep up with it at all.
08:25I'm like, Pete, I don't know if you want to go after Kanye right now.
08:28Yeah, I wouldn't.
08:29He could do all sorts of things.
08:30I wouldn't do it.
08:31I think no one knows how to take a beating like Pete Davidson.
08:34No, truly.
08:34That's for sure.
08:35Truly.
08:35Anyone that you guys would love to see roasted, like to, you know, the roast of Tom Brady,
08:40the roast of Kevin Hart, anyone that you guys would like to see in that moment.
08:43I don't know.
08:44I almost wonder about, like, I think Jay-Z would never do it.
08:46He wouldn't.
08:47But I think it'd be funny because he's like, anybody that's like at like God level in pop culture,
08:52it feels nice to, it's almost cathartic societally to see them knock down a peg.
08:58Yeah, he ain't doing it though.
08:59Yeah, but he's not going to do it.
09:00He's going to say, you're not doing that.
09:01Honey, honey, never.
09:02I mean, maybe look at Taylor Swift.
09:04Yeah.
09:04I could see that.
09:06You know what I mean?
09:06She would be good.
09:07Because she's also one of those like really high levels.
09:10Yeah.
09:10Yeah.
09:10But I feel like she knows how to make fun of herself too.
09:12Speaking of women, what about J-Lo?
09:13Because with the divorce jokes and stuff, how do you think that would go down?
09:16I would love to see you roasted J-Lo.
09:19I think it would be very fun.
09:20Listen, bag me in.
09:21I'll roast her myself.
09:22I think that's serious.
09:23So you get Ben out on stage.
09:25Oh my.
09:26All of them line up when they do one together.
09:29I like weirdly think she could actually take it.
09:32That's a good idea.
09:32I don't know.
09:33I think she's roasted J-Lo.
09:35I don't know if she could.
09:35I don't know if she could.
09:36I will drag J-Lo myself.
09:38She's a hopeless romantic.
09:39I mean, she's taking jokes left and right on the internet anyway as it is.
09:43So it's not really up to her.
09:44You're being roasted on a daily, my queen.
09:46But I do love her.
09:47I would love to see Cardi roast somebody.
09:48Yeah.
09:49Because she's hilarious.
09:50I just love to be cursed.
09:51I'd love to be so entertaining.
09:52It wouldn't.
09:53She's somebody that doesn't necessarily need to be roasted.
09:55Because she's already very self-deprecating.
09:57So she's not like hoity-toity and high in body.
10:00Honestly, she'll take it too seriously.
10:02Let's not.
10:02Yeah.
10:03The Tom Brady one, I think, was the most brilliant because he's an athlete.
10:06He's not in that type of comedy setting.
10:08And then to see him, you know, be the target of that, but also to really take it and like
10:12have a good, you know, attitude about it.
10:14I think it's like you need someone on that level of fame.
10:16Right.
10:17J-Lo.
10:18I'm telling you right now, I think J-Lo.
10:19Yeah, she'd be good.
10:20That's a really good one.
10:21I think it'd be funny.
10:21I like that.
10:21You know what I was thinking of?
10:22And then this is another joke that could be on the line, right?
10:24It was Regina Hall talking about Kevin Hart's mom in heaven, talking about how she's basically
10:30getting a train ran on or something crazy.
10:32She's got crazy stuff.
10:33Love her too.
10:34I love Regina.
10:34I love Regina.
10:35That was one of those jokes where he legitimately laughed because they already have a friendship,
10:39right?
10:39So she's like probably helped him through grief and stuff.
10:43So it's like, I can have fun at this because we already have a serious friendship.
10:46And I feel like her comedic timing, like there's just something about the way that-
10:49Her delivery.
10:50Her delivery.
10:50And then I have one more pick.
10:52When the time is right, Will Smith.
10:53So people can go after him for the off-screen fact.
10:55I think that that would be great.
10:56Somebody has to slap him on the page.
10:57I think when the time is right, because I feel like he's still too sensitive about it.
11:00The tweepist.
11:01There's something there.
11:02Netflix, are you listening?
11:03Hello.
11:03Okay.
11:04Do you mean we need the heart?
11:06He is.
11:07Seriously.
11:08Maybe even Sydney Sweeney.
11:09Speaking of Sydney Sweeney.
11:11That's true.
11:11She's roasting herself.
11:12Yeah.
11:12I mean, have you guys seen that Euphoria episode?
11:15It was hard to watch.
11:15I'm not going to lie.
11:17I mean, even the OnlyFans people are speaking.
11:20Or offended.
11:21Yeah.
11:22Or offended.
11:22I get the whole OnlyFans storyline on this show, because obviously OnlyFans has become
11:26a huge thing in society, but the way that they're doing it is so bizarre, and that's
11:32always the thing with Euphoria.
11:33It's like, the storylines themselves make sense, and then the way they go about the details
11:36are just so bizarre, it's hard to keep watching.
11:39I feel like we've driven off the cliff.
11:42Like, I thought, yeah.
11:43What is the show about?
11:44It is a Noraly crash.
11:45Yeah.
11:45How did you even get here?
11:47Like, this last episode, I think what was trending is that she turned into this, like, Godzilla-like-
11:52That's like the first two minutes.
11:52Yeah.
11:53That's how the episode starts.
11:54Or even, like, in the beginning, it's so gross.
11:56It's the opening scene where she's showing her feet, and she's, like, dressed as a pig,
12:00and saying, like, this little piggy.
12:02Yeah.
12:03It was, it's like disturbing.
12:04I don't know who she pissed off at Euphoria, that she's doing all these humiliation rituals,
12:08because that's what this is.
12:09Yeah, no, someone's mad at her, because she was skyrocketing in terms of her talent,
12:12and, you know, the projects she was in.
12:13And listen, obviously, Euphoria's still a huge deal to be a part of, but, like,
12:16girl, she's getting destroyed out there by this.
12:18I feel like I'm gonna call it, she is very much Cassie.
12:23Art is imitating life here.
12:24Exactly, and not to say that she would be doing all those things in real life,
12:27but I just feel like to sign yourself up to be, you know, disrespected and humiliated like this,
12:31I just, I can't rock with it.
12:33It's next level.
12:33Yeah.
12:33Isn't there an agent or a manager that's saying, hold on, like, Sam Levitt is in the ATO?
12:36I mean, even there was, like, a scene where she was doing press with podcasts,
12:40and it's, like, she was saying things like, oh, I feel like if a man nowadays just say
12:46she wants, like, a woman who cooks and cleans, it's, like, as bad as saying the N-word, and, like,
12:52Oh, my God, girl.
12:53It's just, like, it's just not, like, it's just so out of touch.
12:56Like, you should read that script and say, yeah.
12:57It's so out of touch.
12:59It's so bad.
12:59And, unfortunately, she's so famous that, like, of course, she's acting, and this is a show,
13:02but I think it's, you know, the backlash is getting drawn out on her as well.
13:05Yeah, personally, yeah.
13:06And so, like, listen, when you're an actor, you've got to be booking gigs,
13:09and I don't know how many more calls she's going to be getting after, you know, Euphoria season three.
13:13Right.
13:13Maybe I'm wrong, but, like, this can't be helping her career.
13:16It can't be.
13:16Because there's something about being likable, right?
13:18Like, she doesn't seem like somebody I want to get a drink with.
13:20It's not even, like, a likable villain.
13:22I mean, not that she's a villain necessarily, but it's just not likable in any sense.
13:26Like, I feel like you can still play an unlikable character, but we love to not like you.
13:31Right.
13:32We're disliking you as a person.
13:34Yeah.
13:35And like you said, Lauren, what is this show about?
13:37What is this show about?
13:37What is this show about?
13:38What is this show about?
13:39I'm reading the Wikipedia summary, and I still don't know.
13:40I don't know.
13:41I literally don't know.
13:42Even somebody like a Janice Dickinson, like, she was a villain on America's Top Model.
13:46Yeah.
13:47We love to hate her, or, like, a Simon Cowell or someone like that.
13:49She may make it worth it, too.
13:50Like, you love to hate them.
13:50You need those kind of characters in any type of show, but Euphoria doesn't have any characters that even make
13:55sense.
13:55Yeah.
13:56I mean, I feel like back to the OnlyFans thing, I know that a lot of, some creators were speaking
14:00out about, like, there are certain things that they're doing on the show that, like, is not even allowed on
14:05the OnlyFans platform, which says a lot.
14:07Right.
14:07Like, the age play.
14:08Yeah.
14:08You can't be dressing up like a baby.
14:10It's in the policy, like, one of them with, like, the baby scene where she's, like, in a diaper, I
14:15think.
14:15It's so disturbing.
14:16Weird.
14:17And, like, I think it isn't in the user policy with OnlyFans.
14:19You can't imitate minors or anything like that.
14:22But it's also, like, why would HBO even allow that to even be aired?
14:27Yeah.
14:27Like, honestly, it's disgusting.
14:29Yeah.
14:29And I feel like after the whole idol situation and the blowback that he's received from that or the former
14:33cast members from Euphoria, like, they should have, like, nipped this in the bud.
14:38Yeah.
14:38Yeah.
14:39Yeah.
14:39And if OnlyFans and consultants needed to be on set of Euphoria season three, it doesn't seem like there was
14:43one.
14:43I know.
14:44And especially because I feel like we're at a point where the stars of Euphoria are A-list celebrities.
14:49I feel like they have the authority and they're established enough to push back and say, I'm not comfortable with
14:54this.
14:55Yeah.
14:55Especially someone like Sydney Sweeney.
14:56I feel like she wanted to.
14:57She would.
14:58Obviously, I'm not in the business.
14:59I don't really know the ins and outs.
15:01I don't know the limits.
15:02But I'm assuming.
15:04I know that money works, though.
15:05Money does talk.
15:06And maybe she wasn't initially on board and then they cut another check and she said, you know what?
15:10Yeah.
15:11Give me the dog costume.
15:11It's the money and the fame.
15:12Yeah.
15:12Like, I feel like the headlines are probably blowing her head up.
15:15You know what I mean?
15:15We're talking about it right now.
15:16We sure are.
15:17And I feel like even in real life, I mean, the OnlyFans people who have spoken out, especially
15:22in a recent Variety article, I feel like she is giving them a bad look.
15:26Because just because you are a creator on that platform, doesn't mean you don't have morals
15:30and self-respect.
15:31Right.
15:31Yeah.
15:31They're saying that she's making even more of a mockery of them when people are already
15:35making a mockery of them in society.
15:36Yeah.
15:36So I understand that.
15:37The OnlyFans community has their pitchforks out and they're coming for House Sweeney.
15:40Yeah.
15:41I mean, they're business people just like everyone else.
15:44Sure.
15:44Yeah.
15:44And I will say too, like, I feel like, you know, with some of the OnlyFans creators,
15:48or at least that whole era of entertainment where women were kind of like calling forth,
15:52like, oh, I'm in charge of my body.
15:54I do what I want.
15:54Yeah.
15:55I do my own money.
15:56Exactly.
15:56And then to kind of have her on the flip side, like showing herself as like, I don't know,
16:01like, yeah, like I should be able to cook for a man.
16:03There's nothing wrong with that.
16:03And men are, you know, so defenseless.
16:05Oh, and she also said something also in that podcast scene where she's like, oh, I feel
16:10like now men nowadays are practically just treated as second class citizens.
16:14Like, it's just not.
16:15That's a false equivalency, sweetie.
16:18Yeah.
16:18A patriarchy, sweetie.
16:19Yeah.
16:19Oh my God.
16:20Let's take a gender studies class together.
16:21You and me.
16:22You and me.
16:22What happened?
16:23I know.
16:23Let's check out.
16:24And then she's like, oh, the more controversial things she says, like the more money she gets,
16:28the more attention.
16:28And I get that, but there's a line.
16:30Yeah.
16:31Like, let's not glamorize this.
16:33Right.
16:33Yeah.
16:33Because you also may have like young girls who look up to you.
16:36Yeah.
16:36You know?
16:37And follow you throughout your career.
16:38And here you are.
16:39I hope to guide young girls that look up to Sonny Sweeney are not watching Euphoria season
16:43three.
16:43I don't know where anything goes nowadays, truly.
16:45Honestly.
16:46I know.
16:47Speaking of anything goes, honey, Chet Hanks is in a trailer.
16:51Not a sentence you would expect to have to say or us after the air.
16:54Never in my life.
16:54Yeah.
16:55Never in my life.
16:55But here we are.
16:56Hey, we want to live a rough life.
16:58What can he say?
16:59I'm not going to lie.
16:59The shirt off, I am kind of tuned in.
17:01I'm intrigued.
17:02I'm intrigued.
17:02What are you talking about?
17:04I'm intrigued.
17:04He did address the haters being like, why are you living in a trailer?
17:07I mean, you're Tom Hanks' son.
17:09And he did talk about it recently on Jimmy Fallon.
17:11He pretty much just made it as simple as, you know, like, I'm sick of paying rent.
17:15Yeah.
17:16Same.
17:17Yeah.
17:17I feel like going to a trailer park.
17:20He's like, this trailer is only $30,000.
17:22I have a kitchen.
17:23I have a sink.
17:24I have a bed.
17:25What else do I need?
17:25Which I guess is like fair, but it's like, I don't like paying rent either.
17:28But I mean, I love my apartment.
17:31He's like, hello, I want to live on the grid.
17:32He said he pays $400 a month.
17:33He said, you run the numbers.
17:35Okay.
17:35He did say you run the numbers.
17:37He's got his receipts.
17:38But you know what?
17:39I mean, he was speaking some truth.
17:40He was like breaking it down.
17:41Yep.
17:42Like, you know, he was like, oh, who needs a Richard Millie?
17:44Like, those are just things.
17:45I'm like, you know what?
17:45You're right.
17:46Yeah.
17:46And he makes you happy.
17:48Yeah.
17:48He was talking about hustle culture also and just having to work, work, work to pay rent.
17:52I get that.
17:52But at the end of the day, I need an apartment.
17:54I'm sorry.
17:54I'm living on the grid.
17:55And are those Tom Hanks checks not, you know, balancing?
17:57That's what I'm wondering.
17:58Because what's going on here?
17:58Is he not getting any at all?
17:59Like, I don't.
18:00He's also on Running Point.
18:01I'm sure he gets some money from that.
18:03Like, he's working.
18:04I mean, of all the Netbo Babies, listen, he's out there working.
18:06He is working.
18:07He's getting from that.
18:07Totally.
18:08But he also needs to save that money.
18:09Things are going to be expensive for all of us.
18:11Right.
18:11I mean, he's definitely living.
18:13I'm assuming.
18:13Again, I don't know the man's finances, but I'm assuming he's living way below his means.
18:18Which I guess is like, good for you.
18:20You're saving all this up.
18:21And if living a more simple life makes you happy and that's good enough for you, that's great.
18:28Knock yourself out, Chuck Hanks.
18:29Have a good time.
18:30But I am sick of these rich people pretending to be poor.
18:32Like, we're poor for real.
18:34Exactly.
18:34Don't be that good.
18:35Did y'all hear Anna Wintour?
18:36I mean, obviously, this is a little off topic, but Anna Wintour's speech,
18:39I believe, at the Met Gala pre-met, where she was talking about, she was like, oh, I had to
18:45scrounge together these coins to spend $900 for the Saint Laurent dress.
18:52Oh, hell.
18:53She didn't say scrounge together a couple coins, honey.
18:55Anna Wintour.
18:56Okay, Chet Hanks, we can kind of believe that maybe you're coming towards poverty.
18:59Anna Wintour, no, no, no.
19:01It's like, you're not even going to listen to that.
19:03Literally.
19:03I mean, this is obviously pre-her, you know, global success.
19:07Yeah, but still, you scrounging together.
19:09The stuff to get couture, honey, please.
19:11Still czar like the rest of us.
19:12Right.
19:13Well, Fashion Nova, honey.
19:14Fast fashion is in.
19:15I don't care what you say.
19:17I can't save everybody.
