00:01Mmm pie! Roll out dough on floured surface. Fold twice and transfer to pie plates.
00:10With scissors, trim to leave a 1 inch overhang. Tuck overhang under so it makes a high edge.
00:20One way to decorate the edge is to press the fork around the rim to make a pattern.
00:24To fill the pie, poke holes with a fork around the base of the crust.
00:28Add filling of your choice. Top it off by rolling the dough around a rolling pin and gently unrolling over
00:36the filling.
00:41For another decorative edge, use thumb and index of one hand and index of another hand to crimp the dough.
00:48With one egg and water, beat together to make an egg wash and brush gently onto the surface and edges
00:54of the crust.
00:57Using a knife, make small and decorative cuts on top of the pie. Bake and voila! Pie!
