00:00I know all you girlies are obsessed with Caesar salad, so we made Caesar salad
00:03fettuccine. A lot of people don't realize that the Caesar salad is from
00:07Mexico. I remember when I was in college going to Mexico for spring break and
00:11having a first table-side Caesar. Stupid. The lemon and anchovy crouton? Stop it.
00:17Add that anchovy oil to a pan, medium heat. Throw in them croutons. It's my
00:21favorite part. Pasta, wheel, medium heat, olive oil, anchovies, garlic capers. You
00:26want your anchovies to melt because that's where your essence is gonna come
00:29from. Heat up your cream, toss in your noodles, hit it with mustard powder,
00:32parm, black pepper, Worcestershire, another anchovy induction, caper brine, very
00:37important, and lemon juice. Toss it up. Come on then. Eat that Caesar, baby. Caesar salad
00:41and french fries. That's my room service meal. I'd order this room service for
00:45sure. That's Caesar salad. That's great. Well done, chef.
