00:00There's enough diplomatic pressure that can be put on Iran onto the regime.
00:04I think there's enough economic pressure that can be put onto the regime.
00:10They're interested in the United States recognizing the sovereignty, for example, of the Strait of Hormuz, and they're sovereign right
00:16over it.
00:17That's already been decided by an international treaty.
00:20So it's not something the U.S. can say, oh, yes, it's yours, you can have it, because it's already
00:24decided.
00:24It belongs to the global community, and there's a way that nations conduct business through that international strait, and the
00:31nations that abut that strait conduct themselves.
00:34So I think if they have a chance to think about where they're at, where this is going, and what
00:41the best resolution is for the regime, for the people in Iran, those are two different things, what's best.
00:47I think they'll come to some good decisions, and we'll be able to move forward.
00:52But if not, there's a range of military options that the president continues to have available to him.
