03:03This means building more resilient supply chains,
03:07supporting agri-MSMEs,
03:09and smallholder farmers promoting climate-smart agriculture,
03:13and reinforcing ASEAN-led food reserve systems.
03:17We also called for the swift ratification
03:20of the upgraded ASEAN trade in goods agreement, or ATIGA,
03:24which modernizes regional trade, eliminates non-tariff barriers,
03:30and builds on ATIGA's landmark achievement of making ASEAN virtually tariff-free,
03:36with around 99% of products already duty-free.
