00:00...did to me. I was f***ed repeatedly. I was f***ed three times a day sometimes.
00:04I saw her face to face during the trial.
00:06It will be very vindicating to speak my statement.
00:12Finally, some semblance of justice.
00:14I think everyone on the victim and survivor side is very happy about the fact that today is happening.
00:21Today is a day I didn't think would ever happen.
00:23So for me, it's a blessing. It really is.
00:28And I prayed for this moment.
00:30It was so hard and so long.
00:33And God's heard our prayers today.
00:37I have spent the last 17 years in my own prison.
00:44Fauci, Jeffrey and all the co-conspirators did to me.
00:48I was f***ed repeatedly. I was f***ed three times a day sometimes.
00:52And I was not the only girl on that island.
00:54There was a constant stream of girls being f***ed over and over and over again.
01:00And, yeah, Skilene must die in prison.
01:03And, um, the fact that she still maintains her innocence is, is beyond anything I've ever, I still can't believe
01:15it.
01:15And that's why I've had to fight so hard to keep her off the streets because she's dangerous.
01:19And how long does she need to be inside for?
01:22For the rest of your life.
01:23I made a promise that she will never, ever, ever hurt another girl or young woman ever again.
01:29I saw her face to face during the trial.
01:32It will be very vindicating to speak my statement and have her in the room to hear it.
01:41Finally, some semblance of justice.
01:43I think everyone's, uh, everyone on the victim and survivor side is very happy about the fact that today is
01:48happening.
01:49Saj, trying not to let him smell my fear and obvious discomfort.
01:53Before I knew what was happening, he grabbed onto my wrist and tugged me towards the bed.
01:57I tried to pull away, but he was unbuttoning my shorts and pulling my body onto his already naked body
02:02faster than I could think.
02:03I was searching for words, but all I could say was a meek, no, please stop.
02:08But that just seemed to excite him more.
02:10He continued to rape me, and when he was finished, hopped off and went to the shower.
02:15I pulled my shorts up and I ran as fast as I could back to my own villa, my feet
02:19bloody from the rocks.
02:20I cried myself to sleep that night.
02:22I spent the next two weeks in a hospital, vomiting until I was almost dead in a Los Angeles hospital.
02:31Um, it was both empowering and infuriating to know that the person who I needed to hear those words is
02:38not here to hear them.
02:40Do I feel his death was an appropriate punishment?
02:42Absolutely not.
02:43It gives nobody justice, and it leaves a lot of unanswered questions.
02:49I was recruited at a very young age from Mar-a-Lago and entrapped in a world that I didn't
02:55understand, and I've been fighting that very world to this day, and I won't stop fighting.
02:59I will never be silenced until these people are brought to justice.
03:03He knows exactly what he's done, and, um, I hope he comes clean about it.
03:08I think that what everybody saw in the courtroom today was real emotion, but also a time where, where victims
03:16came together, and I think it was a really, really good thing and powerful moment for anybody who was there.
03:21I want you to imagine that they've since grown up, and one day you find their name and all of
03:27their identifying information in the Epstein files,
03:30alongside intimate, horrific details about their lives, sexual abuse, and trafficking.
03:38And maybe you even find a nude picture, find who's responsible for the crimes themselves, only to find that the
03:43perpetrators' names have all been redacted.
03:45This time, it isn't a monster pedophile who is doing the exploiting, but our very own government.
03:51We are not here as political figures.
03:53We are only human.
03:55Our only agenda is accountability.
03:57And the DOJ needs to do its job.
04:00Give us the rest of the files and start the investigations.
04:04Start the investigations on the things that are in the files right now.
04:08Why is the FBI director out there partying like a college kid when he should be investigating the vast criminal
04:15enterprise?
04:16How can anybody feel safe in this country when our president's sympathies are going to the former Prince Andrew and
04:23not to survivors?
04:24Hi, everyone. I'm Dani Benske, and I am an Epstein Maxwell survivor from 2004 to 2005.
04:31The last time I was in D.C., I asked everyone to close their eyes and think of a teenager
04:35that was close to you.
04:37I asked you to make it personal.
04:39Thinking of your child, your sibling, your mother, or you even at an early age, I asked you to visualize
04:46that teenager at the door of Jeffrey Epstein's mansion, and I asked you if you would let them enter.
04:51Well, now, I want you to visualize something else.
04:54I want you to think of that same 14 to 18-year-old.
04:58I want you to imagine that they've since grown up, and one day, you find their name and all of
05:04their identifying information in the Epstein files alongside intimate, horrific details about their lives, sexual abuse, and trafficking.
05:16You look further, and maybe you even find a nude picture.
05:20You try to understand.
05:24You try to find who's responsible for the crimes themselves, only to find that the perpetrator's names have all been
05:30redacted.
05:31As you read on and take in all the heinous acts, you begin to see how the system repeatedly failed.
05:37Realizing that it was hard enough to endure the abuse, you begin to understand the endless re-traumatization.
05:44This time, it isn't a monster pedophile who is doing the exploiting, but our very own government.
05:51I dare to say that everyone knows a survivor, a survivor of assault or abuse.
05:56My ask is that you keep this personal.
05:59We are not here as political figures.
06:02We are only human.
06:04Our only agenda is accountability.
06:06We owe it to our former selves.
06:08We owe it to the next generation.
06:10And we also owe it to those of the past.
06:12We need to believe women who bravely step forward like Maria Farmer did in 1996.
06:16We need to pass Virginia's law to eliminate the statute of limitations.
06:20We need survivors to be taken seriously.
06:22There should never be a time limit on justice.
06:26And the DOJ needs to do its job.
06:30Give us the rest of the files and start the investigations.
06:34Start the investigations on the things that are in the files right now.
06:39During my time with Jeffrey, I was always amazed that he could make you feel so special,
06:44like you were the only one in the room,
06:46and then treat you like an absolute piece of trash and throw you away.
06:50We will not be silenced and thrown away this time.
06:55Thank you, Senator Schumer.
06:58I just have to, like, lower this.
07:01So I'm an Epstein survivor from 2004-2005.
07:05I was 17 years old when I met Jeffrey Epstein.
07:09Back then I was a teenager, but I was really a child.
07:12I was looking for an adult to help protect me from what felt like monsters,
07:16only to find that the monster was him all along.
07:21Now I look to the government for help, and they're no better.
07:25Gaslighting and manipulating victims the same tactics as Jeffrey and Guilin.
07:32The DOJ assures us that they're focused on our safety, but only to exploit us further.
07:38There are two cases happening here.
07:40Two cases of abuse.
07:43The first case is one that we endured while we were ensnared
07:47in the largest sex trafficking ring that this country has known to date.
07:51And the second is the abuse of our government.
07:54They're covering everything up and protecting power,
07:57not the young and the vulnerable.
08:01As we prepare to attend the State of the Union,
08:04survivors and this country have so many questions that need to be answered.
08:09The first one is, where are the rest of the files?
08:13The truth must come out.
08:19Why are there no investigations when there are plenty of people in these files to investigate?
08:25Have we read them?
08:26Why is the FBI director out there partying like a college kid
08:30when he should be investigating the vast criminal enterprise?
08:37This administration needs to do better.
08:39How can anybody feel safe in this country when our president's sympathies
08:44are going to the former Prince Andrew and not to survivors?
08:50There are a few things that really need to be done immediately.
08:54First is the release of all of the files, which we know.
08:57Next is to hold accountable those who continuously exploit.
09:01And the third is to pass Virginia's bill.
09:04We need to pass Virginia's bill
09:06because justice should never, ever expire.
09:10Release the damn files.
