01:20gonna do hubs Steve is an actual race car instructor so they travel 36 weeks a year in their RV

01:28tracks all over the country so they clearly need a hub to occasionally call home they have a hub in

03:28uncle had a cabin you know classic ski chalet cabin thing that I'd like to find we think we're gonna

03:35this place since we won't be here too much so something that is short-term rentable would be
03:40great okay do we want to be on a ski mountain close to it yeah because that's when you're gonna

03:46your renters obviously it's not gonna be huge right two one two two money well I think we already have
03:53plans for another one so with that in mind I think no more than three okay that's why we had

04:01budget for the first place are we doing the one or two West Coast because Denver then Denver's number

04:16picked a perfect vacation spot Philly is 90 minutes that way New York City is 90 minutes that way and
04:24there's a ton of different ski lodges all around here the proximity to the big cities and everything
04:31that's going on here I feel like I'm gonna struggle a little bit with a 300 this is gonna be

04:36but my expert Sam has other opinions this is a four season area so a lot of times when you

04:44the Jersey Shore for example it's very seasonal you can only capitalize on the summertime there's something
04:50to do here all four seasons you have the ski mountains the lakes the Delaware water gap with
04:54the hiking trails the Appalachian trails the rivers whitewater rafting if you're a nature lover this is
05:00absolutely the place that you want to be people are super content here it feels like yeah I mean that's
05:05the reason why a lot of people do move here for that exact reason this is actually a revolving door
05:10of residents that came here initially for the vacation scene also utilized as a short-term rental to offset
05:19and it pays her mortgage for sure as far as like hospitality revenue we're actually one in the top
05:25two as far as like the resorts the short-term rentals and generating all that income Poconos is
05:31actually top tier seriously what's the prices for like an average three two depending on upon the
05:36community it's a range of like three to four hundred thousand so it's very affordable what's the catch
05:41I'll be honest with you the short-term rental market really has changed the the market and structure
05:45because we're getting a lot of investor putting quality renovations in these these communities so
05:51a tutu can we get into the less than threes you absolutely can love let go oh and they're all
05:59adorable look at that thing right there and even at that price point you get a lot for your money

14:11the winter you have a partial view of the lake come on in okay real wood floors which we have

18:45dining area which we didn't see in any of the other spaces I think this was even harder to pick
