00:02Not easy at all, but it was good work for sure.
00:05What was so difficult about it?
00:08You know, they just work us hard every day coming in, you know, early morning.
00:11It's not easy to do, but we get it done.
00:17You're seeing the benefits of that?
00:18Yes, 100%.
00:19So, like, what you're looking, running right now?
00:23I feel like everybody's gotten faster.
00:25I know I've gotten faster for sure.
00:26Um, lifting numbers-wise, like, bench squat, everything's went up, so it's been good.
00:33What was the big emphasis for you hitting in the offseason?
00:37Um, just numbers-wise, training.
00:39Training, I would say getting stronger and still getting faster, too.
00:43Like, I would say I'm pretty fast, but, you know, still adding on to that and getting faster.
00:49You played with Bishop and Kamari last year, the UFC 2 veterans.
00:51What was it like learning from them?
00:53It was very helpful.
00:54Um, Bishop, I noticed he was always on his iPad, you know, watching film and stuff, so picking up on
01:01that.
01:01And then, like, when I finally got my shot, seeing what he did and doing that was very helpful.
